I mostly learnt English from movies,music,games when I was little. And of course I learnt the basics in school but nothing more than that really until high school( i was in an English intensive class). Right now I'm studying in English at uni

i started when i was in school at the age of 8. then,when i was 13, i went to school where classes were taught entirely in english. ever since i ve been studying in english. major boost in eng skills came when i started to read/google/watch movies/do pretty much do everything in english.

I began to learn English in 3rd grade, luckily I had a great teacher and I have better language skills than most Hungarians, I always got 4s and 5s only :P

From the internet, mainly runescape and youtube when I was around 10 years old. Became fluent in about 1 year.
The people around me since i'm from the place the language was named after.
School teaches you the basics but I was a scholarly student, so I did the time and research both online and offline.
Having a dictionary and thesaurus present never hurts either.

The age that I said "I know English" confidentially was 17. I had a B1-B2 level of English since I was 12 but I wasn't confidently speaking/chatting on the internet.

Never really cared about english my whole life and I regret it. Started learning like 2 years ago and instead of building good sentences I speak like some people might misunderstood me
Mostly games and movies, internet, school. I could speak quite fluently, but compared to other people in this site, I'm just an average. Need to learn more. But hey, I'm a English literature student so I still have a long way to go. XD
