2020-07-24 12:22
men)) think about ur dick! thats what most men smokers forget... we all know how dangerous smoking is but what made me stop is to realise that its useless AND... THE BIG FUCKING AND.... its clogging ur penis. do u want to have sex or at least fap when ure 40 years old? yes? yea i expected a yes SO STOP SMOKING IF U WANT A HEALTHY PENIS. not so easy to say it to a girl BUT BROTHERS IF U READ THIS!!! THINK ABOUT UR DICK AND STOP im 1 year without smoking and my dick almost feels like hes gonna explode when im horny...bro i promise u after some months u will think: dick>cigs my boners stay longer, are harder, feel better and it gives u a very important BODY (PENIS) CONFIDENCE... if u follow my comment u might feel like a actual god in bed next time i dont feel ashamed or weird at all to say that bcs its healthy body (penis) confidence and normal topic to talk about

2020-07-24 12:25
It is not
2020-07-24 12:53
2020-07-24 13:16
Descriped by smokers. When you try to stop smoking, it's like losing an old friend. People spend up to an hour a day smoking. When you stop you loose the satisfaction of smoking and suddenly gain a ton of time. That's why people often begin eating more to make up for the gap and often become overweight. It's very difficult for a chainsmoker to just stop If it was easy, then smoking wouldn't be a problem.
2020-07-24 13:18
Nothing is easy, if eating well would be easy there would be no fat people, if exercising was easy there would be no stick people, quitting caffeine is hard, getting up in the morning is hard, doing anything worthwhile is hard. unless you actually want any of these things in which case it is easy. claiming these things are hard or even impossible is just an excuse of people who kinda want them but are not willing to put in any work or struggle to get them so they hide their own weakness behind the difficulty of the challenge.
2020-07-24 14:13
This is a straw man if i have ever seen one. You cannot compare waking up in the morning to a Nicotine addiction. You have degrees of addiction. Something can be more addictive. Nicotine ranks generally in the 2nd highest category. The highest is exclusively drugs. Eating food can also not really be compared to nicotine as one is necessary. A better example would be Alcohol as It's not something you need and is literally poison. Why do you think i can buy alcohol, but not cigerattes? Did you know it's cheaper to make cigarettes than some beers? Yet cigarettes cost 5-10x more. That's because of tolls and restrictions that are to defend me and you. Have you ever though about this? Alcohol literally effects your bod, ingesting too much at the same time can kill you. Many people die/do stupid things while drunk. So why can i buy alcohol but i can't buy smokes? Because smokes are much more addictive. Therefore you cannot straw man your way out of it saying "everything in life is hard". Nicotine is classified as highly addictive while Alcohol is classified as possibly addictive.
2020-07-24 18:26
"Eating food can also not really be compared to nicotine as one is necessary." - you "Most things in life don't make you addicted to them. Can you stop eating unhealthy food just like that?" - also you and alcohol is a shit comparison as alcohol causes dependency not just addiction. and cigs are more expensive because of taxes, because if you tax smokes people stop smoking, i know plenty of people who stopped their nicotine habits becuase it was getting too expensive, if you set rediculous prices on alcohol people lose their shit and start making their own.
2020-07-24 21:36
"""Eating food can also not really be compared to nicotine as one is necessary." - you" - Are you saying i eat a lot? "and alcohol is a shit comparison as alcohol causes dependency not just addiction." - No, it's probably the best comparison, i mean i could do marijuana but it's a bit too similar. I get your point with dependency but if anything it only supports my point? That alcohol is also very dangerous but it's considered less dangerous. The dependancy is different with Alcohol you can straight up die and with nicotine you can gain cravings and begin to gain weight. Your point is just easily dismissable. Then put restrictions on home brewing. Besides only few people deside to home brew as it's difficult and often tastes like shit. They put taxes on cigarettes because they are dangerous. But less taxes on alcohol. Why do you think that is?
2020-07-25 00:15
It is If you cant stop smoking when u have will idk what u gonna do when u face harder things in your life.
2020-07-24 12:48
Most things in life don't make you addicted to them. Can you stop eating unhealthy food just like that?
2020-07-24 13:18
yes I stopped eating fast food cuz I want to lose weight, and I don't even miss it. I guess for smoking you could say "yes I stopped smoking cuz I want to live". But I never tried smoking & never will so I don't know/ wanna know
2020-07-24 14:17
Well good for you btw also Cigarettes are considered much more addictive than fast food. On top of that, you get a visual image when you eat. You are seen as unattractive if you are "Overweight" yet you are deemed cool if you smoke. It's not a good comparison but that's my fault afterall
2020-07-24 18:28
well I don't consider people who smoke cool, I actually try making every friend of mine that smokes quit. But that's just my opinion, anyway, stay healthy and don't smoke!
2020-07-24 20:06

2020-07-24 02:17
Thats most people who say quitting smokin is really easy. You didnt really ever smoke. 2-3 per days and going weeks without means you were not addicted and just smoked to be cool or whatever, probably 18 now

The pack has 20 cigarettes smoking 3 cigarettes a day means you have addiction not because you are cool mr.deep analysis
2020-07-24 12:20
Nah. Smoking 3 is hardly addicted. Most people who are legit addicted smoke atleast 10 a day. Smoking 3 a day can be cut out easily.

I know lots of people who buy one pack of cigarettes on a weekly basis they don't smoke half of the pack in a fucking day maybe 5 or 4 cigarettes but not 10 There are no requirements what is considered hardly addicted and what's not

try snus actually I don't get any pleasure/relaxation from smoking I tried start smoking so many times but it's boring & I can't feel any effect but with snus you don't need to get addicted to be satisfied

Yes, there is a way to do anything you set your mind to. It's all about will power. If you have strong will power you are a strong human, if a cigarette or weed controls your life you are a weak loser. Sorry but this is the raw answer you were looking for. Best of luck!

Depending on your purpose for doing it. If it's just for lifestyle then find something else besides smoking. I personally do it because smoking can help myself become more relaxed and I cannot find anything else that can make me more relaxed than smoking.

used to smoke fairly heavily in uni, then put it down for some years only smoking intermittently, nowadays it's highly dependent of my mood, sometimes i can smoke half a pack daily, then not smoke at all for days...still, i'm a firm believer that if you do it in moderation (1-2 cigs a day) it will not hurt you that much

Nicotine patches and vapes have helped my friends.
2020-07-24 12:08
I used to smoke something like 15 cigarettes/day until I quit last september. I tried different ways of quiting - nicotine gums and other substitues, reducing the amount of cigarettes smoked, but tbh it didn't work for me. One day I just decided that I'm not going to smoke anymore and kept it this way. The first two days are quite easy, I'd say that days 3-7 are the worst. I just stayed home for two weeks (went to work of course) and didn't go out with my smoking friends to avoid being tempted. Also no alcohol in the beggining, it really goes well with cigarettes and even a single beer or a glass of wine can make you want to smoke. I lso avoided coffe, since I used to always smoke when drinking coffe. GL men
2020-07-24 12:10
vape works 100%, its heaps cheaper, you don't stink, and idk it's probably better for you. i quit smokes instantly after i bought a vape, only thing is you've gotta quit vaping at some point down the road.
2020-07-24 12:23
lol, how can you think replacing one addiction with other is "quitting" something, and also being glad you "quit smokes instantly", ofc you quit it instantly since you started smoking vape, which may be even more harmful than cigarettes, since the effect cigs cause is well known, but we don't know yet what vaping does to human body in the long run
2020-07-24 13:16
with vaping the idea is that you can control the amount of nicotine that you smoke and over time you use less and less nicotine until you don't need it anymore
2020-07-25 06:28
Just dont do it, its actually not as hard as its made out to be. See it as a test of character and dont give in to temptation, its self discipline vs desire.
2020-07-24 12:29
I can support this by the way. If you get thru first temptation, second will be much easier
2020-07-24 12:51
Smoking is such a scam, why is it allowed in the first place lmao
2020-07-24 12:40

2020-07-24 14:15

2020-07-24 16:21
Once you figured out how bad you really want to quit smoking, hopefully the balance is already in your favor . If not, then dont try to quit just yet. Replace bad thing with good thing (sports or w/e). Keep track of your progress. Write down or use app for calculating saved money. Reward yourself for this. Feel better cuz of this, feel healthier cuz of this, then follow the continuing upwards spiral. It can take many months to get rid of the habits like lighting one during a small break or when drinking coffee, waiting on something etc. Embrace that but you gotta be stronk. For me, the feeling of wanting to smoke is still there after many years, but its like watching another woman: its ok to smell and watch but not to touch. Good luck, its worth it.
2020-07-24 13:06

I smoked from 17-20, between 2-4 boxes a week. There is an old joke that goes 'quitting smoking is easy, I've done it 20 times !' For me that was literally true, I must have quit 5 times over that 3 year period, but I enjoyed smoking in town and tbf thought i looked cool (don't judge lol). At the start of this year, I gave up cigarettes and alcohol just because I felt like it. Haven't even thought of drinking or smoking since.

actually its pretty easy when you are decided to quit and you made your mind you want to stop. if you smoke weed you can start to stop smoking cigars at all and smoke a joint or two at night for a couple of weeks, it will help you handle your addiction until you physically dont need nicotine and after that you are on your way to succeed.
2020-07-24 18:59

Then I bought IQOS (if you don't know what is that, look it up), best decision ever since I couldn't stop smoking while I was using alcohol on the nights out. Barely any smell and hands don't stink and the next day you couldn't even feel that you have smoked a whole pack of heets (iqos cigarettes). Soooooooo maybe you can give it a try.

Ayy bro i just quit 5 weeks ago and i feel u. One thing that i have done to help is replacing the cigis with veggie sticks. The action of eating them somewhat fulfills the action of having a cigarette in my hand, plus it's healthy. The mental side is all up to u man, just know that your not own your own and ur capable of doing this!

I smoked 11 years. I switched it to snus which i did like 4 months before i quit it too. Was way easier. I tried it before with vaping and it just was not for me. Have been smoke-free for almost year now. There has been no desire for smoking cigarettes after i quit. As matter of fact they more like disgust me. But for snus, there is times when i just want to say fuck it and buy some.

Why is quitting so hard? We all know the health risks of smoking, but that doesn’t make it any easier to kick the habit. Whether you’re an occasional teen smoker or a lifetime pack-a-day smoker, quitting can be really tough. Smoking tobacco is both a physical addiction and a psychological habit. The nicotine from cigarettes provides a temporary—and addictive—high. Eliminating that regular fix of nicotine causes your body to experience physical withdrawal symptoms and cravings. Because of nicotine’s “feel good” effect on the brain, you may turn to cigarettes as a quick and reliable way to boost your outlook, relieve stress, and unwind. Smoking can also be a way of coping with depression, anxiety, or even boredom. Quitting means finding different, healthier ways to cope with those feelings. Smoking is also ingrained as a daily ritual. It may be an automatic response for you to smoke a cigarette with your morning coffee, while taking a break at work or school, or on your commute home at the end of a hectic day. Or maybe your friends, family, or colleagues smoke, and it’s become part of the way you relate with them. To successfully stop smoking, you’ll need to address both the addiction and the habits and routines that go along with it. But it can be done. With the right support and quit plan, any smoker can kick the addiction—even if you’ve tried and failed multiple times before.
