So I'll make it quick, I have a 3D matrix 10*10*10. And I want to represent it as a cube of value with a colorbar and an opacity function : low values are light blue and transparent and high values are red and gets opaque. Matlab doesn't have this function integrated for 3D Matrix only 2D, does anyone knows a program/code that might help me on this one. Thanks hltv mens)), leave a bump if you don't know.

So you have a 10x10x10 3D matrix? Don't you want a 10x10x4 matrix to represent R, G, B, and then opaque/opacity value? So if the variable is called mat, then mat[5][5][1] gets the R value for the pixel in the middle of the screen? Also, what function did you want specifically? You just said that you want an "integrated function", but that is not specific enough.
