salary csgo

I have seen some retarded "thoughts" about how much csgo players earn aka how big their salary is..... First of all, it depends on how good the player is/how good his contract is, how big the org is and so on..... Players of #1 BIG definetely makes less than players in g2, faze, liquid.... even tho BIG is better at this moment..... so stop saying random things that Big makes more and so on....... It also varies from what country the org is from...... A "ok" list can be: Top 1 - 15 - from 10K - 40K - a month Top 15 - 30 - from 5K - 20K Top 30 - 100 - from (hopefully) 2K - 10K ++++ obviously prize pool, extra contrats, private sponsors and so on

big make more atm cuz they win more. its not random thing

BIG make more in prize money but not in salaries UNLESS they just renewed their contracts which is probably not the case.

I doubt they renew their contracts after 8 months

they probably have contracts that determine their salary based on their results like godsent has or like gambit used to have

What you're talking about are called incentives but does not change the base salary value.

+1 dumb kids assume players get paid a certain amount when they reach a hltv placement Facts are: NA orgs usually pay more than EU orgs. Some players get paid more than other players on the same team. Big orgs pay more than small orgs, placement and achievements dont matter. For example North players have a bigger salary than many top10 teams. You can't just assume team x gets x amount of money because they are tier x. You have to consider multiple factors.

yeah no shit... but people here are so retarded so I figured I had to go after the ranking kinda....
2020-08-07 02:15
yeah good thread but you have to keep in mind that people here are usually kids who have no idea about business etc.
2020-08-07 02:16
But i think that if for example a tier 3 team has something in their contracts like, x months in top x is a raise of x% in salary tbh..
2020-08-07 02:17
i have never heard about such thing but its possible for sure
2020-08-07 02:19
It is like in football. Like when hazard signed for madrid, chelsea said they have to recieve x amount of money when he wins something with madrid. Guess same could be with players in csgo teams

"Big orgs pay more than small orgs" Captain Obvious, what would we do without you!
2020-08-07 02:28
YEAH BUT PEOPLE SEEM TO THINK THAT ALL TOP 10 ORGS MAKE THE SAME...... BUT I NEED TO TALK SOME SENSE INTO THEM.... TO US ITS OBVIOUS THAT BIG ORGS MAKES MORE THAN SMALL ORGS, BUT TO OTHERS ITS CLEARLY NOT OBVIOUS.......
2020-08-07 02:55
up to 10k for under top30 seems a little high for other than just a couple orgs but i might be wrong :)
2020-08-07 02:15
Me - 41k
2020-08-07 02:15
I know that Complexity pays blameF around 30k/month
2020-08-07 02:15
exactly, depends on how big is the org(like faze that will give you probably top1 to 3 salary, while smaller orgs like big will give you less money).skill, contract, and other factors like player media(famous players get more money than "randoms"),sponsors and other investiments(like fallen with his store)
