Support your local farmers. (full fat raw dairy, healthy pasture raised animals, organ meats) If you live near the ocean and can get good fish/seafood even better.

Do you have the power to tear apart animals skin in order to eat it by nature ? Will you eat raw bloody meat and guts like true meat eating animals would ? When you see an opened animal with its guts out all over blood, would you say something like " Daaamn, thats looks and smells tasty, i want to put my head in and enjoy " or youll vomit even with the thought of it ? Have you wondered why ?
Would you even eat raw steak without any salt or dressing let alone cooked and find it really tasty like a lion would ?

It's not that hard actually. The major problem is that nuts are fairly expensive but they are a great source of protein in general

Plant-based Whole food for 4.5 years. Feel fine, i give blood 3 times a year. Workout and stay active. Had bloods 4 times and never low in any micro nutrients. Everybody is different though so what works for me might not work for you.

i used to be vegetarian, not for any beliefs, just because i believed it was healthier. dont do it if you want muscle, but i did it because i did long distance. i do thing my performance actually got a bit better tbf, it just can be difficult to get the protein in sometimes. dont get me wrong, you can still be muscular and vegetarian/vegan, its just so much easier when eating meat. i did eat lots of eggs, eggs every morning with oatmeal and some type of fruit.

i went vegan cold turkey 8 months ago, i gone from 103kg to 85kg without ever feeling hungry. i feel 20 years younger, my cholesterol is down from alarming numbers to normal, i've gained more muscle than when i was pushing gym and eating animal products. i love beens and lentils, have mcvegan or similar once a month to remember what shit i used to eat. i got my life back. i did not do anything for the animals, just for my health but now that i have lost the meatglasses, i can see how sick shit is going on. wholefoodplantbased will save anyone who wants to get their life back. or make it awesome.

Vegetarian since 2 years, been cutting eggs since 1 year. Major change on health was not having digestion problems at all anymore which led to having alot more energy.

There is many things involved going "vegan" like reducing animals horrible suffering and positive change on envionment. Many forests are burned each year to grow ogm soja that will feed animals from industry.
But if you simply want more energy then you should try eating plant based.
If you are still drinking milk every morning and eating animal products many times a week then you're just destroying you're own health and environment aswell.
