Arm day is not needed if you have a regularly contact with real tools and manual work. As example I often give a hand to my grand-parents and help them chop down branches from trees, cut some wood log at the proper size for their fireplace, dig a hole to plant a new tree, etc ...
I myself workout regularly but when you do stuff like that you start to believe that working out is for people who sit on their ass all day long. Ain't nothing like chopping wood to stay in good shape (and do something useful with your hands).
fk arm day just do push pull days of compound exercises and your arms will grow with everything else.
some people need and some people dont, all genetics
