dont listen to rao, depending on the person the human body feels hunger allmost all the time, because evolution didnt really adjusted to supermarkets yet... the thing is that this is nothing to achieve with just a week of fitness/diet but a change of lifestyle. if you just wanna become slim and not muscular your food consumption is the way to control it. in my surrounding alot of people lost much weight when going veggie. just keep in mind that you should spare things with alot of carbohydrates like baked goods including flour, rice, noodles etc. and anything including sugar. use high quality oils and overall dont eat much. just becoming skinny isnt really healthy. low bodyfat% is unnatural and even with alot muscles really not good

your metabolism totally works fine with 1000-1500 cals a day... how much do you think does your metabolism increase when eating more??? the main part of your caloric burn is muscles in form of organs or your normal skeletal muscles... you can burn like 5-10% more due to eating more, but the amount you eat more has more cal than the amount you burn more. yeah you can kill your metabolism with bad food or not eating at all etc. but if you do a little physical activity and eat 500-1000+ cal your metabolism is totally fine. if your body has to work, he will.

thats so wrong ever heard of bmr? thats the minimal amount of energy you need to sustain all ongoing processes in your body. Keeps your organs running, keeps your hormone factory running etc. If you eat less than that for an extended period of time those processes will be slowed by your body to keep you alive and doing what youre asking from your body. Your liver, stomach and intestines will all be slowed down resulting in a slower metabolism and a lot of what you eat will be stored as fat. when you start from scratch and you arent fat results are visible pretty quickly obviously you wont get built in a month but you should start noticing progress in a few weeks or so thats how it worked for me anyway

carb cycle and hiit cardio. youll start to see some results in like 1-2 weeks. and then youll see even better results within months. nothing is super quick, but those two things worked for me. similar weight and same height

Eat healthier, not necessarily less. Vegetables fill your stomach up nicely and add a minimal amount of calories. Favor fullgrain products. Exercise is good for you, but your diet is everything here.

it's like pushups, some can't even do 5 at first try, but it comes very quickly and if you exercise every day you will be able to to series of 10 pullups and 30 pushups for example. As #24 mentioned if you can't do 1, then use your legs for the first impulsion, and try to use your legs less and less after that

Have a high protein diet, eat alot of fibre that will help you not feel intense hunger. One thing is that you will have to learn to deal with the fact you will be hungry, or crave snacks there is no way around that, its how you find ways to mange that. 1-2 months of stric diet can do wonders trust me, after than you can start increasing snack foods again in low amounts. Start see your calorie intake as a budget, dont borrow to much from tomorrow, and if you do remember to pay it back as soon as you can. You dont need to go crazy on cardio, most calories you burn everyday will be from just staying alive. If you want to go to the gym, drop the bike and stepmaster, go lift some weights there will give you musclemass which will allow you to eat more food as your body will start burning more in restet state. I was 135kg at 24, at 26 i was 85kg lean and ripped with a decent amount of muscle on me aswell, its doable, just loosing the first 10kg will give you motivation as you see your face/body start to change shape. Edit: Drink diet fizzy drinks as a reward snack, it helped me a great amount aswell as it gives you the taste of something sweet and nice. Best of luck dude.

1800 Kcal daily 5 days a week, 2500 kcal on weekends, one cheat meal of maximum of 2000 kcal weekly ontop of the daily calories. Gym 5 times per week, just a normal bro split which you can youtube, its great for makeing muscle in a easy to understand matter. Thanks mens and goodluck

+1, but HIIT cardio is good if you want to lose weight. 90% of weight loss is all about how much you eat and what you eat. HIIT cardio will help your body burn more calories throughout the day. Normal cardio however won't do that much.

You will never have the willpower to do the typical "eat vegetables and exercise" advice everyone keeps repeating. What actually works is drinking a ton of water and caffeinated drinks. Sugar-free Redbull or monster ultra. Not the healthiest way but a lot easier

Bullshit. If you want to change your habits in just 1 day then it will require a lot of willpower. If you do everything slowly but steadily, you will get used to it more and more with time. Eventually it will become your lifestyle and won't require too much willpower to maintain discipline and stick to your lifestyle. Anything that implies really serious changes in your life is usually a long PROCESS of working on yourself (whether it's a diet or anything else) and might take months or even years.

i was 5'8 212 pounds at my peak (disgusting) and in a year I turned that into 167. What i did was go to the gym 4 times a week (cardio and legs same day, 2 days a week. And chest/tri/bi and core and back the other 2) I also ate about 1500 calories (adjusted for calories burned, so it was more like 2000). If hunger is a problem for you, I recommend drinking a lot of water and or nicotine
