Eat healthier, not necessarily less. Vegetables fill your stomach up nicely and add a minimal amount of calories. Favor fullgrain products. Exercise is good for you, but your diet is everything here.
Have a high protein diet, eat alot of fibre that will help you not feel intense hunger. One thing is that you will have to learn to deal with the fact you will be hungry, or crave snacks there is no way around that, its how you find ways to mange that.
1-2 months of stric diet can do wonders trust me, after than you can start increasing snack foods again in low amounts.
Start see your calorie intake as a budget, dont borrow to much from tomorrow, and if you do remember to pay it back as soon as you can.
You dont need to go crazy on cardio, most calories you burn everyday will be from just staying alive. If you want to go to the gym, drop the bike and stepmaster, go lift some weights there will give you musclemass which will allow you to eat more food as your body will start burning more in restet state.
I was 135kg at 24, at 26 i was 85kg lean and ripped with a decent amount of muscle on me aswell, its doable, just loosing the first 10kg will give you motivation as you see your face/body start to change shape.
Edit: Drink diet fizzy drinks as a reward snack, it helped me a great amount aswell as it gives you the taste of something sweet and nice.

lol ur bmi is over avarage and its prettyy good. do somecardio if u want to lose bodyfat and cut down the calories and increase protons.
You will never have the willpower to do the typical "eat vegetables and exercise" advice everyone keeps repeating. What actually works is drinking a ton of water and caffeinated drinks. Sugar-free Redbull or monster ultra. Not the healthiest way but a lot easier

If you dont have Many muscles, eat in surplus and gain muslce. After This is done go in a caloric deficit and lose the fat, and try to keep as much muscle
It's not rocket science. Eat better and exercise. Seek help of a doctor to exclude systemic reason (hypothyroidism, look for metabolic syndrome, ...) . Others professionals may be useful (nutritionist, psychologist, ...)

i was 5'8 212 pounds at my peak (disgusting) and in a year I turned that into 167. What i did was go to the gym 4 times a week (cardio and legs same day, 2 days a week. And chest/tri/bi and core and back the other 2) I also ate about 1500 calories (adjusted for calories burned, so it was more like 2000). If hunger is a problem for you, I recommend drinking a lot of water and or nicotine

Ur weight is perfectly normal, I recommend just trying to be happy with it, but if u wanna lose some, then don't change your eating habits, but try to exercise more if there's excess fat u wanna get rid of, or workout to build muscle. Just make sure not to go under 68ish kg, because that's where it can get dangerous
