no not really, i don't buy ingredients, but i do buy some vegetables to eat raw or something for breakfast and sometimes a light dinner .. can also be yoghurt, maybe testing the local junk food etc so i go check supermarkets out + i like to see how the locals shop (cultural enrichment)
But yeah i agree, going out (food) in asia in general is fairly cheap, i mean even Japan, Korea or Singapore - which are supposed to be some of the most expensive, are cheaper or comparable to some east european countries.
I would like to go to Korea and Japan again one day, because i feel i 'misunderstood' something there, and i am not sure what. But it's like a piece of the puzzle is missing. And i realised that when i went to Taiwan and it felt like everything was -clear-. Anyway ... waiting for covid to let us travel again :D:D
