if you can walk (let alone consider pushing things with your legs) after you squat you're not real mens((
also make sure you squat to parallel, I will send instructional videos if you need
do 5x10 @RPE8 low bar +
4x12 @RPE7 High bar
you will not be able to walk
On any other exercise rpe7/8 is a walk in the park,I haven't squated to my max due to prexisting lower back injury so there's that.If you really think 5 sets at rpe7/8 is hard you need to train harder,that's just my 2 cents.
