2020-09-16 04:15
Most interns earn like $30 a day
2020-09-16 10:46
My internship was about 2.50 an hour. And thats because i do a study in an area that needs many people Most dont even get any pay.

Don't wanna give too many details, but it's relatively standard for a programming internship in the US. I've heard of people getting more and others who get less.

I saw your comment on mains. You didn't get a good rank. Issok man You have few options imo 1. Try for jee again. Trust me, a good college WILL make your life 3x easier (Trust me, I've seen ppl being talented but not being placed just because of private college). 2. Get good in your subjects and teach dumb American kids on chegg. About 5K per month if you are average active 3. Start coding and get better at it. Soooo much opportunities in India for that
2020-09-16 11:07

Yes, it's called SU and you can get it when you become 18 for a maximum of 7 years i believe. It's 200 usd if you live with parents, 400 if they are divorced and 1k if you live alone. It gives students the opportunity to not have to work on the side while studying. Welcome to Denmark

Didn't you know that HLTV user agreement allows only DJs and day traders to post messages. And those professions make $32k/month all around the world. Or maybe because of Covid DJs make these days only $31.9/month. /reported because non DJ/day trader posted a message.

Wtf does that mean? You babysit some old rich dudes rental properties?
2020-09-16 11:48
no basically we are the administration for buildings with multiple flats owned by different people. It's common in Austria that you hire what is called a "Hausverwaltung", who take care of things like calculating running costs, big renovations and stuff. My company basically builds Appartement buildings, sells the flats and keeps the buildings in administration. It'd make more sense if I could explain it in my language trust me ^^
2020-09-16 11:53
So in some respect, I was right. You're babysitting some old rich dude's rental properties.

2020-09-17 14:36
Have you played against or know my friend? sharkscope.com/#Player-Statistics//netwo..
2020-09-17 15:46
Don't think so. I don't play tournaments, only cashgame and spin & go's. Kinda sad to play 25k tournaments for a simple profit of $100k, tbh. How long did that take? 4-5 years?
2020-09-17 15:50
He mostly plays cashgames aswel he just plays tournaments to bankroll ocassional stabs at big buy-in ones. Probably something like that yeah. He plays a few other sites also but don't know the nicknames.
2020-09-17 15:51
If he also plays cashgame, then it must have taken him 6+ years to play 25k tournaments. VERY few play more than 6k tournaments at year - unless you have no life and grind 12 hours a day, which just makes it even more sad. What stake does he play? Yeah, i used to play on pokerstars, but they increased the rake and toke away the rakeback, so i moved to partypoker.
2020-09-17 15:56
Oh yeah he's been playing since 2012-2013 so that's quite possible but he also has no life lmao. Last time I asked he played 500NL
2020-09-17 16:01
Lol. Cool, he should be able to make a decent living playing 500NL. I play 400NL - 1000NL, and $100 - $500 spin & go's. It also helps that poker is taxfree in Denmark.
2020-09-17 16:06
He shoulda moved to Denmark then. He lives in Vienna, Austria since two years. It's 20% there I think compared to 45-50% in Belgium.

Student, around 400$ a month + 900$ in student loans, which I put in savings and might use for buying an apartment in the future. University is free in Sweden if you're an EU citizen, and we recieve a sum of money to support ourselves during our studies. Around 80$ per study week which is free of charge, and an optional 180$ in weekly student loans which must be paid back at interest. The interest rate is so low right now, though, that it's basically a free loan.
2020-09-17 09:58
buying apartment, when they world is literally burning and going more mad from the day, is not a good thing. paying rent or buying apartment with loan, probably the same shit

My education has just started and it's gonna be for 5 more years, living with my parents. If I'm lucky prices of housing will still be low, but recovering. If I don't use the money in the next 5 years, I'll just repay the loan. Thanks to inflation and the interest being stupidly low (0,16% yearly), I will repay less than I actually loaned. It's literally the cheapest loan I'll be able to get in my entire life.
2020-09-17 12:59

its not really ending but its ending as we know it. things will change big times in the next 10 years and ur education depending on what it is, will most likely be completely useless in the future. unless u studied agriculture and other stuff this world actually needs.
