You need above than average calories intake per day
a lot of junk food, oily food, and mc Donalds, burger king every day. food that includes processed sugar will make you fat in a short time. Eat more than you spent.

drink lots of beer. a 6 pack of beer is equal to 1 loaf of bread in carbs. drink lots of beer and you will become big very quick
Start with eating things such as oatmeal in the morning, pastas with chicken or chicken with rice added with vegetables in the middle of the day & during the evening and other things such as protein shakes after a work out. The most important thing is to get enough calories in every day and u will see results.
Caloric surplus - but I would suggest eating clean. Plenty of protein (you do not need 2.2g per your weight in kg - that's for elite athletes and in some cases does not even benefit them. 50g is enough for a healthy normal human being).
You can increase carbs intake but do not go the easy carbs way - eating all kinds of shit (gummybears, burgers, fast food etc). It is very easy to go south with this way. As processed foods are addictive. Eat slower released carbs.
Or if you don't like eating more, probably adding more fats to your diet would be a better option. Healthier fats like avocado, nuts.
I would not recommend start eating like the world is coming to an end. It does not end well and once you start gaining weight this way, you might not be able to stop. Habits form, you get customed to it etc.
Do your own research, don't trust everything you see on the internet and probably HLTV forums is not the best place to look for advice on this.
Source: trust me, bro. I was 80kg, wanted to gain a little weight and kind of screwed myself over. It is way harder to later lose weight and deal with it - mentally and physically.
Carbs and protein and workout
I was 1.88m and 69kgs and I gained 20 kgs within 4 months with dirty bulking. Just lift heavy 4x a week and dirty bulk, clean bulk wont work for you cuz u r way too skinny. Now after 2 years of training Im at 96kg, never done the cutting but still have visible abs, I guess its the genes.

other than that, work out a lot ( never forget legs, they are probably the most important ),
and about food eat salmon, avocado, drink smoothies and eat eggs, those are the best but for bulking you need to eat a lot of calories and then burn them by hitting the gym
