yes then you give me your rtx 2080 😎😎😎😎
will probably be useful to have to resist changes in performance necessity over time, as my gtx 1070ti has slowly diminished from producing 250+ fps in csgo to 160-180 depending on the map
Who plays on 1440p lol?
I'd like to see 1080p tests.
The problem with CSGO is that it doesn't utilise modern CPUs properly. The difference would be a lot bigger on Source 2.
You don't upgrade to a 3080 for CSGO. You do it to play new games.
only bots play at 1440p, 4k very high lmao, useless benchmark
u guys have graphic cards?! i play on some shitty integrated
Still not good enough for 500hz monitors. But you will be okay with 450hz monitor @ 1440p resolution man.
You don't need a powerful GPU for CS.
Get like Ryzen 9 3950x or i9 10900k, EZ.
You need when you have 360 Hz monitor.
good if you have a 360hz monitor
If you want to play on 4k then yes
it will depend on cpu anyways
i7 8700k @5ghz + rtx 2070 2080
"who really needs over 400 FPS?"
360hz is already out, 480hz will be the obvious next stop.
I think this is good.
99% of csgo players with RTX 2080 would gain exactly 0 fps upgrading to RTX 3080.
why 1440p and why 3950x, i know pcie 4.0, but cmon, real test should be on 1080p + 1024/768 or some popular shit + definitely 10900k
Who plays csgo at high settings? 1440p and 4K? In 99% cases, with the settings players choses to play csgo on, the game is bottlenecked by CPU.
3700x & 1080 Ti master race 😎🤙
Who plays CSGO in 2k???? Game looks like trash regardless of resolution.
Also, CSGO is like one of the very few games out there that prioritize CPU over GPU, which is nonsense, but it does it, so these tests mean even less.
unless you want to play 1440p or 4k getting the 3080 won't have as much as a performance increase, 1440p and 4k are more gpu intensive where as 1080p usually is more cpu intensive depending on the game
Our tech destroying this 2012 shit
You dont need this, you dont need that.
Lets make something clear. If someone has a 240hz monitor means that he needs to play at 240fps AT ALL TIMES, not 50% of the time , not 70% of the time, not 95% of the time but 100% of the time.
With that being said 3080 looks sweet because it has room also for some fps drop along the way that wont affect something on screen.
That being said i dont mind 3080 since im gaming on 144hz monitor and i found Radeon GPUs of far better value most of the time so ill wait for Radeon to see what is the deal.
nothing can get 60fps on crysis remastered
WHY YOU MAKE SO MANY WEIRD THREADS???
Cpu is still the main factor when it comes to fps in cs go if you use a resolution lower than 1080p which most people use. If they would benchmark at lower resolutions the gains would be even lower than the 1440p ones but for other games this card is insane
have a msi 3080 incoming but my main aim for it is not csgo, my 2080 can handle that more than good enough.
Everyone knows the right way to play is 800x600 black bars everything at min settings
upgrade from 2080 will not be worth tbh
Bought ASUS TUF 3080, from a RX 580, can't wait to see the bottleneck I will get with a i5 8400 xd
i mean choosing rtx3080 for csgo specificaly makes no sense as most of people doesnt have i9 9900k otherwise you would bottleneck or you can start playing csgo at 4k then you are good to go :P or if you actually playing some demanding games at 1440p like me
ok maybe if you have 3700x or 10900k along with 240/360hz its worth getting a 1080 ti but nothing better. Who plays cs at very high settings? lol
can ryzen 5 run this and a b450m galax or do I need to upgrade both?
3080 is for 4k gaming tbh
If you don't have an amazing monitor and a great computer overall it's not worth buying it.
If you have the money to buy it and you don't care really about updating every other year then wait for 3090 and get that 8K experience on the way.
It's just for rich people, let's be honest, if you're the average human you're looking at this and thinking on how it might get 1080s to be cheaper.
