i have no way to tell who is telling the truth, or what is really happening behind the courtains.. BUT, this seems like the classic case of poor management.
1. you find a really good employee
2. he is proactive, starts to resolve a lot of problems
3. since he is good, you keep adding roles to him, until he can no longer perform well in any of the roles anymore
4. suddenly, he is now the problem
rinse and repeat
Who cars what HLTV forum users think anyways, NiKo will make good amount of money out of it and will get to join a team with a potential championship winning roster.
man robban is still manager of the team, but u are not well informed. He doesnt have full management of the team, trust me, he even said it himself, no org will ever do that. Robban didnt want to coach anymore and wanted to help the team in other ways. Then they bringed ynk bcs he did okish with mibr and he speaks the language the igl does
I don't know why but i wold like to see faze with this line up
i know sound s strange but was one of the best team in the world and "one last dance" sound good to me :D
One of the biggest problems with Niko IGL (or more whole faze team not only niko fault) was that they don't try change players positions, and instead looking player for position they need they add random one and put in position they need not where player is best. Even this roster maybe can work if they change roles completely.
NiKo is too overhated atm
Well I guess FaZe got fed up with CS:GO. Players on their team are losing market value and they spent 500k USD bringing coldzera to the team. They only won like a BLAST tournament since then.
Now if NiKo leaves...I dunno, his past teams have been strenghtened by this but question is if FaZe can turn things around without him? And doesn't cold live with him? Really odd. I can see why he would want to leave though. Better players on G2, better entry, better IGL, better AWPer. Higher salary and management that wants to win
