Being raised in a culture that teaches you to be humble and just accept things. Have strict coaches that force you to practice 12 hours a day with no interest in your mental wellbeing.
Call me when Koreans dare speak about the ridiculous things required of them on teams and start to admit they are suffering from burnout. They don't. They fuck themselves up like former Starcraft players have done, suffering physical and mental issues because that's their culture. To shut up and do what you're told to do.
