United States Masshole states where the gun ownership per capita is the highest arent necesarilly the most safe but neither are states with the least gun ownership per capita :/

I mean crime could literally mean anything, 99% of crimes aren't even gun related.

Actually rich people are more likely to commit crime because they have nothing to do and are bored. Don’t believe me look at how many people in Antifa riots were arrested and were rich.
2020-09-21 18:50
What crimes are you talking about. Nothing to do with drug dealing, stealing ? Murder ?
2020-09-21 19:05
rich people get bored so they murder hobos. haven't you seen american psycho? lol, jk. poor people are much more likely to commit crimes, because they can't afford basics like adequate food, shelter, and amenities

Ummm looting, burning, arson, and beating up random people just for their political beliefs, robbery, hit and run on the road, drunk driving, stealing money from the company they work for, I can go on.

correct! we have a winner! and, if guns are available, those criminals are gonna get guns because they can. having guns in the first place does not CREATE criminals. criminals simply take advantage of the opportunities they have to get guns. the real cause is poverty/classism/discrimination, and lots of that shit could be fixed if governments truly cared, which they don't.
2020-09-21 19:09
are you blind? all the southern states correlate, with two outliers in the northern states. there's a huge fuckin correlation. seriously i can't believe you have eyes.

yeah that was kinda dumb by me however more gun deaths does not really mean that higher gun ownership = a higher homicide rate

Canada has similar gun laws to the US and have nowhere near the amount of gun violence
2020-09-21 19:00
United States Masshole i think homicide rate is a better way of measuring which place is safer and new hampshire and vermont have pretty lose gun laws but are safer than alot of canadian provinces
2020-09-21 19:18
guns arent the problem, people are the problem other news, water is wet
2020-09-21 19:04
Depends on if the user is criminal or no... Mostly happens in democratic cities tho...
2020-09-21 19:06
I would be meaningful only if you had strict border control between your inner states.

that would fucking suck i can literally drive to pourtsmouth and have the godtier sea food lol
2020-09-21 19:24
You still could. But with a gun in your car would me much more troublesome. And so these statistics would be a bit more meaningful.

Gun in exchange for IQ points, people with the less IQ the more likely to have gun
2020-09-21 19:14
United States Masshole actually it seems that states with the higher iq have a higher gun ownership :v
2020-09-21 19:17
yes.. as long as criminals don't have guns either, otherwise just give guns to the good people.
2020-09-21 19:25
In brazil the normal people cant buy guns and we has 50/60k of homicides by guns per year. /closed /closeByAEspecialist

well in the US Statistically the states with the toughest gun laws have the highest gun crime because remember a criminal does not follow the law they don't give a shit how strict the law is they will find a way to get their firearm so it leaves law abiding citizens unable to defend themselves and at the mercy of criminals hence why gun crime is skyrocketing in Chicago and NYC
2020-09-21 21:01
Boy, I wasn't born yesterday. Wyoming is middle of fucking nowhere
2020-09-22 22:24
It is more complex than just the number of guns. Guns as such neither creates nor prevents crime, however the presence of guns means crimes can get more violent and it also means law enforcement is more likely to shoot and kill. The presence of guns and even the likely presence of guns escalates situations - it can be the difference of road rages becoming a fist fight and a shoot out. Another example - cops in most places of the world rarely encounter guns, so this then mean they are much less likely to shoot and if they shoot, they are all trained to shoot to incapacitate rather than to do a take down meant to ensure a suspect can not fire back ie. cops aim at limbs rather than the torso and they do not fire lots of rounds.

shhh when the americans wake up they'll crucify you. "MUH 2ND AMENDMENT!!! PEW PEW PEW" you speaking facts tho.
2020-09-22 22:41
Less guns = more crimes A thief who wants to rob your house will think 100 times before he enters your property. He has a gun and you have a gun.
