+1, if you can duoQ, do it, if you can have more (non-toxic) friends join your game, even better, but working together with a friend in a match can easily be the turning point when it comes to winning or losing.
At first just start playing and if you can win without some predefined setups between the 2 of you, good job, continue playing like that until it gets harder to win in a higher level. This is when you should start warming up your aim before matches, try out some smokes/flashes/molotovs for each map you're willing to play (preferably with your friend on the server), check cool cross-fire positions, etc. - There are lots of videos on YT on this topic, maybe watch some of those?
