Remember that he can't travel to Russia.
Espada, HL, VP, forZe, K23, Spirit and Winstrike are all based in Russia. Not sure where the teams themselves are located specifically, but I'd imagine that the rosters live in the same places as the orgs, it's usually the case. During the online era some teams might accept players not travelling to the home-country for bootcamps, prac etc, but a lot of teams have that requirement.
NaVi and NaVi Junior are based in Ukraine, which could be a possibility though I'm not sure about what travel restrictions they have. I also highly doubt supra would want to join NaVi Junior, if they even want him. Same goes for HellRaisers, based in Ukraine that could genuinely be an option, though I haven't been following them closely to have an idea of their roster.
So in the CIS region he's basically out of options for the moment. If he speaks english he could look to EU, though, travel is a lot more open within Europe and even if he didn't want to move, a lot of EU teams allow their players to stay at home. Provided his english is good enough, Envy or FPX could be good options for them.
