is that 6'0 and 170 lbs in retart units?

more than you were able to the week before
you can't really compare the two, since they are completely different muscle groups. however, if you are a normal person, you should be able to deaflift and squat at least 90 kg. keep in mind i said normal, and that i know people who can bench more than they can squat and deadlift.
You are new so just keep going up in weight till you stop progressing, then you will know where you are at, it is pretty pointless to judge your strenght at this stage because you will progress relatively fast for a few months. Max out your newbie gains and then you will see what are your weaker lifts and stronger.
