To be fair they performed worse when they left
tarik and stew were actually good on that team they were improving but when they left they became trash
They actually made semi finals and finals of major and tier 1 tournaments. Mibr became dogshit after both left, Mibr was like hovering top 6-4 with them

I heard they had multiple issues in their team prior to the major. Then they won the major (which is glorious honestly, really happy they did) and had like another sort of honeymoon period again, buuut I don't think it solved the internal issues from before the major. It was inevitable really

Nah thats BS they were never an actual top team,they got into a few playoffs but thats it.Even in the major the only actually strong team they beat was Astralis.They likely would've done well for some events after the major but realisticly its very unlikely they would've stay an event winning team for a long time

The ence move honestly wasnt that bad, that team was already dead in the water. Once the aug got nerfed ence died.
Did -aleksib hurt ence? Sure, but realistically it probably didnt make much of a difference, it's not like ence was gonna win any tourneys anyways.

They did perform well before the AUG and krieg buffs as well, they just weren't really invited to that many tournaments at that point. Did the AUG help them? Sure but it helped almost everyone but FaZe clan.
The team was still salvageable at that point. You don't just go from having a top tier IGL and 2 top 30 players to falling out of the HLTV top 20 after some gun gets nerfed.
Imo right move would have been to remove xseveN for sLowi

-Zeus came down as a bad move because they got completely fucked over by Valve with the coaching rule.Starix was the igl for some time at that point and they started dropping off,they could've been world beaters if starix wasnt handicapped.

I dont think so,it would make the game more fun to watch with better teams since there isnt a player effectively handicapped by being an igl and having to focus on so many different things.There might be 5 players in the round but does that mean there shouldnt be any coaches/analysts helping the players?Not for me.
