Eating sweet stuff

Is it bad to eat something sweet atleast once in day? I have a habit of eating something sweet after I finish my dinner, something like a small piece of cake or 1 or 2 cookies but I only eat it once in day, is that bad?

Ofc its not bad lmao

It doesn't sound that bad, if you notice yourself getting fat then it would be an easy thing to cut out though

I got tongue fungus from eating too much sugar.

a lot of people legit drink a soda or more per day which is 50+ grams of sugar you're really not doing much harm to your body unless you're eating like 12 cookies or 3 pieces of cake
2020-10-21 19:47
That's not really much it should be fine I think
2020-10-21 19:48
Not a big deal. What's really bad for your health is if you drink a lot of sweet stuff, eating a small piece of cake or something is nothing compared to that
2020-10-21 19:50
no, as long as you regulate your intake. i usually drink 1 soda per day but rarely eat sweets

a lot of people are skinny fat, no muscle definition at all and fairly high% body fat but they arent aware they have issues because of their “healthy” weight.

So does that justify my consumption of sweet food at least once in a day?

idk, its really impossible to know your exact situation and im not a nutritionist but im also pretty sure eating sugary food every day isnt ideal. as long as you exercise daily and brush your teeth while not exceeding your calorie intake limit, you shouldnt run into too many problems though.

I stopped drinking fizzy drinks a few years ago, only really drink water now. But I've started eating more sweets because of it.
