why do u play cs go for 6 hours ?
honestly, if u feel that way maybe u shouldn't be playing scrimmages after all, I mean, if u dont love 100% the game and have passion for it what is the point of grinding 6h a day
No hate really, I just think maybe it's not for you if you lose focus, I guess the reason is that u don't put that much effort.
But if I have to give any susffestion or tip I'd say keep playing and maybe you'll get more consistant with time, also don't play right before going to bed, sleep always 8h, drink a lot of water while u're playing etc

Try to go for a walk or hit gym before you start playing.
drinking water and sleeping enough have helped me a lot to maintain my focus and not get exhausted

Take short breaks and get some fresh air.
Give yourself small goals to achcieve during the game. Such as giving X good flashes to your teammates, droping X bombs, having X% HS ratio and so on.
practice and understanding your organism
That many scrims a day is just a bad idea.
Pracctice sport outside the game. This really helps.
What do you do during your hour breaks in between?
Have you tried meditating? It can help with centering yourself and refocus
I mean, sure pros put in 4-6 hours in cs go (at least 5 days a week). But, you are not being realistic. I highly doubt they play 6 scrims. And i am talking tier 1 - 2 teams. And even if a pro team does that, it´s not healthy. They focus on quality rather than quantity. It´s pointless to play 6 scrims. What i am trying to say is that, there are many ways to spend 6 hours in cs go e.g; Watching Demos, Training, Utility, Strats. In my opinion, it makes sense that you get exhausted from matching. Maybe if you diverse those hours you´ll be more hyped or could deal with it.

Start exercising. Anything will do for the first weeks/months: simple stretching, outside walks, bodyweight stuff like situps, push ups, jumping jacks, squats. Even nothing but meditation will make you feel healthier.
If you are fat-ish, stop eating so much junk.
5-7 min meditation between matches.
Don't eat anything during game session, don't drink energy drinks with sugar and use caffeine in tables instead if you need some stimulation, but I'd recommend to rather drink good green tea mixed with herbs like ginkgo.
I lose all of my energy for 2 weeks after playing 1 game of cs
Don't do 6 scrimmages in a row. take a 30 minute break sometime and get outside, the best way to feel energised again is moving / excercise and the daylight.
So if you've done 2 matches and feel awful, go take a walk outside for 20 minutes and you'll feel much better after
i think it depends a lot on your age.
You can see it in the current era, with older teams like vitality. The older players could barely get a doublekill or entrykill towards the last maps yesterday. They could basically only frag based on position and experience, whereas heroic were still going full focus
I believe at some point beyond 25 there is nothing you can do and you can only play like 2-3 maps properly at max. So unless you are a teenager, I wouldnt worry about it.
Maybe you need to work on your positioning etc so that you can get more "easy" frags, but it means you cant provide the "explosive awp" to your team

get up from the computer after each game. go to the kitchen take new glass of water etc. if you just sit down in same position your blood does not circulate and you will get tired. and definitely good sleep and exercises every day helps a lot.
Stand up. Do some light movement excercises like jumping jacks or standing in place and spinning around for a bit. Just anyting to reactivate your brain. It has been scientificaly proven that after 40 minutes of sitting down your brain shuts down more and more, leading to worse focus and decision making, so light exercises like these are perfect to reboot your brain and focus.

Stand up and maybe go for a small walk during breaks
