Yeah psychologily im fucked. Im on so many meds to feel good. I cant even go to a shop to ask for something because i know its not coming out, so i just dont go shopping. I cant make phone calls. Cant do anything. And the people laughing and bullying makes this 100x worse. My life fucking sucks ass.
Keep up the grind at the speech therapist / psychologist. Try to talk to yourself at home, maybe walk up and down just reading sentences from a newspaper or whatever, the appointments won't do everything for you. Become comfortable with hearing your own voice, and when you become more comfortable and confident, your ability to be relaxed in conversation with another person will improve. It won't be instant and it will take a lot of practice, even years.
I had to do speech therapy for years at school just for people to understand me, now everyone I speak to understands me more or less. The more you practice, the more you'll be comfortable with it, and if you make a mistake it's easier to laugh it off when you've already worked towards it. Good luck man.

I have a tendency to always laugh along if someone makes fun of me. Only in a few moments I realize I shouldn't have laughed, maybe even look a bit annoyed, to show I didn't appreciate it. Something I'm working on.
Edit: It's good to be able to laugh at yourself, but of course not everything should be tolerated

I used to stutter a bit 3 years ago but now i have literally no problem speaking to 40 50 people in front of me
the only choise you have is to laugh at your self in front of them retards then they will thing you are not taking it bad the only reason people do shit like this is because they hate they lifes and want to see somebody on a worse position make them thing you dont care and they will get bored eventualy if they feel your pain they will keep doing it stupid subhumans ,

I have a big stutter aswell, some days are worse then others.
Do you play video games alot? For some reason when i stay away video games for a few days i could speak almost perfectly. Almost no stutter. I know, its weird. It worked for me so maybe it will work for you aswell.
you need to read lots of books and speak to yourself when noone is around i mean practice like you are speaking to someone else
Sometimes I stutter a word or two if I'm trynna talk fast and if I focus too hard on what I'm about to say and/or the next word I'm gonna say mid sentence.
Basically you're thinking too hard and need to get into the habit of not thinking about it, and slowing down your speech and emphasizing words.
*I'd recommend practicing mouth exercising, try different tongue twisters slowly and then increase speed
*When you speak, let your words start from or reverberate in your throat, hard to explain but it kinda eases how the word comes out.
You'll notice you can "start" your words from the front or middle of the mouth, and this is where slip ups can happen. I have to sometimes consciously focus on using my throat and it helps a lot. You need to makes sure you open your mouth wider and clearly enunciate words using your throat.
*For each word, slightly emphasize/rest on the last alphabet of the word.
In below couple examples, the sounds after the hyphen are very subtle but adding that little bit helps with overall enunciation:
(You don't exaggerate them but it will help contribute to speaking slower, taking your time with words, and you'll speak more eloquently. Try watching videos from a narrator or something, you'll hear that atleast for English).
*Read everything out to yourself online if you're by yourself, as you're scrolling and reading whatever on your phone or computer. And focus on speaking slowly and smoothly.
*Watch videos of good speakers and repeat after them to follow along.

Voice and talent for smooth speech is not something anybody choose. People are feeling better about thelmselves creating comedy out of these things. It helps them to cure their own problems. I would do something to help you, but we are not even from the same state. Good luck with your improvements, stay hard, know your value and dont show people insecurities.

use it for conversation starter, and continuation, if you don't own it yourself, nobody will help, when i was stuttering, i started make jokes at them, and my stutter was gone, cause i felt like i bit them back, but on my own way, first learn to calm yourself during those jokes, then you will start think clearer, and be more comfortable next time they make a joke, they pick on you, cause they don't have such problem, and never had maybe, thinking you different, but you need to laugh it off, nobody wants a depressed interaction, mainly people want to feel a good interaction, is it a comical situation or serious. It always can be worse, some people don't have anus hole, and can't shit, so they need to do operation, ya know what i mean, so learn to enjoy life until it lasts

is it caused by anxiety or do you have a lesion somewhere in your brain that literally renders you unable to speak properly? if its the former you should be able to work on it, maybe with beta blockers or something similar. Speach impairment caused by brainlesions can be permanent, however its possible to improve depending on its location afaik.
but I see youre already seeing help, so I hope thatll help you. Psychological proccesses can take long. Sometimes it might seem that they don't have any effect whatsoever, but don't give up too soon. Give it time and put actual effort into improving yourself (as in, don't just do the bare minimum they tell you or even less). If it really is the case, maybe you could look up what people with similiar conditions as you have done to cope with their problem. The only very renown client that comes to mind is Mr. Tan (google mr tan psychology). But I can't remember if that case actually talks about how to improve the clients quality of life.
I take that "you cant even say a single word" is heavily exaggerated? Otherwise I don't see how speach therapy and regular therapy work if you can't communicate with those therapists.
Even people that have huge brain lesions (where a big part of their brain is functionally dead) can often still say a single word or more. Also, you apparently are still able to make fully functioning sentences, so a brain lesion isnt a logical assumption here. So I assume its either psychological or an issue with your vocal cords.

You need to find confidence so that you don't care what others think.
There are different ways to get it.
Best way for you is, do all the things you don't do, and show them your balls.
Other way do sth what you want and become good at it so your self confidence rises and infect probably your other issue in a positive way.
this might be weird but if it is hard to introduce yourself to people or start conversations with people you don't know, it might help to get a card that mentions you have a stutter. That way people can understand it without you needing to explain it.
Stutter is widely known disablity, anyone who laughs or bullies you are just stupid and you don't need to waste your time on them.

If you are having trouble with a word, try picturing it in your mind before you say it, maybe it helps
if it's that bad and not just basic stuttering then perhaps u got slight case on autism spectrum my friend. but there are people who can help you improve your speech you just gotta practice every day
I have also had horrible specs and stutter hopefully you can get a good pc soon
