You can't, not in 2 days at least. Just hope that shift is temporary.
you cannot do it that quickly, but you can try your best - in the navy at least, they are supposed to give you several weeks of lead time before changing your schedule for a long period
In my experience just suffer through the first 1-2 days, force yourself out of bed and if it has to be just be extremely tired the entire day even if it means you only slept 2/3 hours - don't take naps or you're back at zero. Rather drink a lot of coffee after waking up and during the day, but not too late (not after 6 hours before you're going to bed again)
A few days and you got used to it, but its not fun and you'll feel shit but it is what it is
Idk bro, I can handle as low as 3 hours of sleep. Now if it's an office job, yeah I get sleepy, but otherwise I shrug it off and go on.
I got so used to short sleep that sleeping too long is far worse for me than sleeping little.
