I love snow, always have, prefer it so much more than summer and rain. As a kid I always had the best times during snowy winters and now its been atleast 2 years we havent had any snow or just snow that melts the instant it touches the ground :(

You should to break this chain and start eat healthy food. It doesn't mean you should eat only vegetables, you should eat also cooked meat and different interesting things. Also you can go to gym or do workout exercises at home or outside, but gym is much better as for me. Good luck, man, don't surrender and you will win over it. When you will win yourself and your laziness, you'll feel much better ;)

You have to learn and understand that depression, bad mood, all the negativity but also everything opposite to it is being created in your mind. You are the master of those things and of the outcome, outcome is what will manifest itself in the reality. You are always the one who is creating this mood / state of mind and it's only up to you to decide how you will feel yourself today. Think about it and understand that it's all about you and how well you can manage your thoughts. I live without negative vibes already for months, there is no bad mood or depressive feeling, nothing negative at all and it's beautiful and magical, this state of mind is ongoing. Things that happen to me and people who I meet because I want it, is magical, I don'T believe in such coincidences. You only have to open yourself to reality of things which surround us the whole time and use it as an instrument for your own sake and happiness.
