i think it's going to be competitve for now, but this newer younger generation is increasingly liberal so in like 20 years american elections will swing hugely liberal
2020-11-05 10:56
you are not wrong, democrats are corrupt and they are gonna power grap control over the American people with covid, and yeah, mass immigration. USA gonna end up looking like rinkeby in Sweden (picture the warzone map from cod)
2020-11-05 10:57
gop will just put some gay black pro abortion conservative, so maybe not 20 years.
2020-11-05 10:59
idk, they are going to get 4 years under Biden. Senate majority remains Republican, and in the House they lost key seats which they flipped in 2018 plus failed to flip weak republican seats (Dems still hold majority in the House of reps, but barely so).
Let's be realistic here, Biden can't run in 4 years. He will be 82 and he is already showing clear signs of Alzheimers. He will not achieve much in the next 4 years, as the senate will block him. The Republicans will have a field day with it on the next elections, especially if the economy sinks. Republicans always have someone to blame, even when they have the presidency (Nancy Pelosi), the democrats don't. Who will they blame in 4 years? If they are smart, they will make Mitch McConnell to look like the devil himself. But yeah, democrats (as a party) aren't very smart.
2020-11-05 11:21
I hope we break up the main 2 parties but probably not gonna happen
2020-11-05 23:27
I think liberalism will grow for sure... I mean just look at Texas for example. Though it didn't go blue this time, it's likely to within 20 years. I suppose it depends on how biden does or who is the candidate after him. Just remember that people for the most part liked Obama and yet got Trump after.
2020-11-05 23:37
That is how the left rolls, cheat and lie while drinking champagne and laughing at titties
2020-11-06 00:08
I mean the last 2 republican presidents were Geroge W and Trump it's not looking to good atm for them. 2 idiots who can't even put together a coherent sentence without looking like a mongoloid I don't blame people voting for the other party.
2020-11-06 00:08
Completely disagree, if anything democrats would lose after 4 years, the only reason this election was close is because COVID fucked everything up.
2020-11-06 00:26
if biden wins trumps loyal extremists are gonna have the guns out and america is gonna be like the purge
2020-11-06 00:26
+1. They will destroy their own country to sit in a fancy chair, but this chair will represents ruins America will be turned into
2020-11-06 00:27
He wins not all of the things he actually says are actually gonna come true tho
2020-11-06 00:28
yes, they will try to get every jerman immigrant they can possibly get.
2020-11-06 00:38
These dynamics can change very quickly. Many, many more Latinos and blacks voted for Trump in this election than they did in the last one. Don't forget that there is a reason there are millions of Cubans and Venezuelans in the US.
2020-11-06 00:39
I doubt it the minority vote isn't completely for the left and it could easily switch with 1 bad democrat and 1 good GOP
2020-11-06 00:42
We won't have republicans for a while because Trump voters will realize how hard they got baited by Trump. Idk how they still haven't realized.
2020-11-06 04:28
you are missing something, Under the Obama/Biden admin, they deported the most people in USA history, creating those border cages and causing massive stress on Latino immigration. There has been an increasing amount of POCs voting for the republican party, Cubans and Venizulians to be specific.
2020-11-06 05:12
If US keeps on changing presidential parties/propaganda each time, we're in for a lot more crazy things happening. I wonder if US will still be the most powerful country.
2020-11-06 05:42
I mean we have historically high black men vote and hispanic vote the political landscape in the US is changing once they can't complain about the personality of the republican candidate and they have to debate policy we'll be good
2020-11-06 05:44
High time the US put a stop to immigration...its the biggest bane on the planet right now...soon once job scarcity and overpopulation sets in I think they will realise their folly
2020-11-06 05:57
That might not necessarily be true though because Latino Americans share a lot of similar values with white conservative Americans. So long term an increasing Latino population could be good for republicans and this election made that more apparent.
2020-11-06 06:18
You might be right but idk, after 4 years of trump, this election seems closer than it should have been and I think that's partially the democratic parties fault. I feel like if covid didn't happen, the election would have been even closer and that's just not good.
2020-11-06 07:31
Cuban immigrants vote overwhelmingly for Trump
the point being that not all immigrants vote the same they are individuals
2020-11-06 11:05
yeah absolutely big brain
2020-11-06 12:56
If biden wins we are all fucked
2020-11-06 12:58
Bruh, imagine a republican president if the US was using the popular vote
2020-11-06 13:09
Why would immigrants vote dems? They most likely will try to decrease immigration since they're in the country.
2020-11-06 13:29
If the US Voting System wouldnt be a hugh pile of crap, the last Republican President would have been Bush Senior in the 90s, for 20 years every other Democrat Candidate got more Votes as the Competetive.
2020-11-06 13:30
For starters you are ignoring that due to the system with electoral votes lots of primarily republican states carry more wight per voter than mostly democratic states, just look at who won the popular vote in 2016 and also the number right - Biden has millions more that voted for him and it doesn't matter because small states has more electoral votes than they should.
2020-11-06 13:32
The republican party has to shift away from trump. Hes a divisive figure and cant keep on winning states like florida, arizona and texas if hes so anti immigration. Im hoping they become more inclusive towards minorities and more open to immigration and still have low taxes, small government and fiscal responsibility, which there was a lack of under trump. It will take time though but 20 imo seems too long. Also if biden dies before the midterms in 2022 and kamala harris becomes president democrats will get slaughtered no matter what.
2020-11-06 13:33
Should not people be elected President because of what they want to do to help people ?
2020-11-06 13:49
Putin looks like big daddy compared to US politicians/their voting
2020-11-06 15:19
American conservatism is a dying ideology.
Either the GOP has to adapt its policy or it will slowly fade in irrelevance. Already, they've lost the popular vote something like 8 elections in a row
2020-11-06 19:47
The US won't exist in 20 years.
2020-11-06 19:48
its not that democrats migrate to gop states to turn them, people everywhere are moving into cities and becoming more liberal
2020-11-06 20:24
they win by literally millions of votes on the national level...
usa brand of conservatism catered too much to the tea-party/maga folks and ruined their party
2020-11-06 21:00
well leftists will wake up when the people gets enough shit from immigration. its gonna happen in everywhere.
2020-11-06 21:07
I’m not fan of Trump’s but the Democrats and Biden is going to be extremely harmful.
2020-11-07 10:46
GOP voter base will continue to decline vs Democrat voter base. this has been going on for years. GOP basically has no chance winning on the popular vote. trump has been able to mobilize new voters, but overall still less than democratic voters.
The electoral college is why they can continue to win and still make it competitive. This plus two key facts: gerrymandering and voter surpression in key states.
the rules of the game of how elections are decided in the US hugely favor republicans.
2020-11-07 10:54
Biden lucky that s1mple didn't run for President.
2020-11-07 14:52
Isn't this the same thing that people used to say about Obama. Voting frauds? Declaring emergency power so Dems can keep power? etc etc
2020-11-07 14:58
Maybe Black and arabs, but Latinos and Brazilians are 99% catholic or Protestant, just need one democrat to say a thing about Jesus or make a sign to Communism and Socialism, that all Latin America and Brazilians will vote republicans, that's what happened in florida.
2020-11-07 15:08
Things, people and parties change. Republicans will find their way again as they have done before. Read which party origins was on which side of american civil war. might suprise you, suprised me.
2020-11-07 22:29
That would require those immigrants the ability to vote. Which they cant. And 2nd, immigrants are not democrat by default. Illegal immigrants would be democrat but they dont vote(I hope) and even in this election we saw minorities shift towards the republican so I honestly dont think so. Most people are sane, and the more radical the democrats get the more it will drive people to the republicans. Even if reps lose the presidency they gain seats in the house even though this was supposed to be a blowout blue wave year. If democrats dont abandon this radical ideology all they can hope for is holding strong in these weirdo strongholds like AOC district in cali. The rest of the country will not stand for that.
2020-11-09 20:55
You are missing smt. Inmigrants can't vote. You're welcome
2020-11-10 09:52
