That's the most probable way they manage their IGLing. As far as NiKo, Rain and Cold said, coldzera helped NiKo to IGL and is an assumption I took. I'm not delusional whatsoever, this has nothing to do with being delusional cause is an assumption I thought, I might be mistaken but that is what I heard. So chill dude.

lol helping in calling means 2nd caller not calling along Niko. Problem was not Niko or Cold or any player. YnK looked like clueless and i dont think he took coaching a serious job. If u have strong coach u dont need a strong IGl atleast in Online era. I am chilled out brother, for me Ynk never looked like a strong coach like Zews, Zonic. In Mibr as well as Faze YnK was completly useless when game started but who knows how good he was while practicing.

Faze management and coach should be blamed more than any player, stats only matter when u r losing, if u win tournaments no one gives a fuck (taco, fnx,glav1e, xyp9x) never had insane stats like 1.15 1.2 rating(for a year). Individual stats are just to show I played good, dont blame me for lose. When u lose constantly than stats save ur asses

As long as I know, that was what they did when Cold started on Faze but after a couple of tournaments NiKo took both sides and Cold was mid calling helping him with info.
Other teams did that on the past, like OG until Aleksib took both sides.
Btw, the team is not better because of strats right now. There's a lot of free space on the map, so players like Broky can play more freely. Time will tell if they found better strats under Cold or another Igl or if the team starts winning things.

Eventually cold became more of a mentor for players like broky and bymas, so Niko had to focus on IGL even more. Cold was main caller on Overpass (if i remember correctly, Niko in blast told Cold and SK were good on OVP so he will be igling on OVP )

I'm not stating otherwise. Faze is playing really nice and Coldzera is not doing bad on the IGL thing, but right now, it's impossible to tell if they have more potential than they had with NiKo or not, I mean, under NiKo they did some good games before he left, so there was already a good dynamic on the team.
We need to wait to see if they will elaborate new strats, maybe change some maps, have stronger CT sides or what, it's too soon.
niko was igl.. now its cold. :) great to see Goat olof back on the server :) hope he will join a team again soon :)

why would he be toxic? The truth is that he will only listen to a guy from Balkan(his region). Since nexa is the igl he wont try to say anything. They played together since they where like 12 years old, same with hunter and he wont attempt to ruin something like that. Thats how balkan people work...

ur missing the point here, niko come into a new lineup all positive, good mindset, hungry for the game, the team gets hyped and everything is good, when he show his true face is when shit goes downhill, some teams can have honeymoon, but the normal thing is the team get better as they play more time together, with niko the hooneymoon is the strongest phase cuz he has good mentality for a little bit, AND he is a pugstar, faze, mouz, g2 are pug teams, specially when niko becomes the igl, if u cant understand what I'm saying u dont understand cs

+1. I said that this move will bring a benefit for both teams. But anyway, it is to early to praise FaZe, their start is good, but they still need more time to form a great chemistry in the team. If cold really will show himself as a good IGL and FaZe's results will be better, then Ok, but olof is too old. FaZe can kick him and pick, for example jkaem.

Calm down buddy, they had one good game thus far. Still have a lot to prove. Iam not a Faze hater nor a fan.
Its really dumb how people not realise, Niko wasn't the problem but Olof is the answer, Faze was top 4-5 in early 2020 and was getting better and better but then Olof left and everything went downhill.

The same people who was blaming Olof back then, are the ones who blame NiKo now and thinks that under Coldzera the team is much better when it's almost the same, with worst strats but more freedom and without a star player, maybe Broky will take that spot if he finds consistency.
Niko is a brilliant player but lacks teamplay and top of that he is a mediocre IGL. Always said they needed proper IGL, instead of bringing shakerbae, if they had put proper IGL and kept Niko it would have been fine, but I think getting rid of niko and giving Olof a chance was a great idea, specially economically speaking

Appart from being an IGL NiKo acted really selfless in FaZe.He was entry and supported a lot.He wasn't baiting as much as he did 2018 when he IGLed around himself.He had highest opening kill rating and highest dpr.Often bought utill in pistols and took deagle/smg to drop a rifle to rain or an awp to broky.
Even now he droped awping on d2 and bear in mind that's something he has done since 2016 , even doing it over prime guardian.
He wants to fix himself so just accept it , he reads HLTV , stop making him mad with shit like this and he won't respond.Not everyone has an ability to bottle shit up and just suck it in , some off us have to went out to feel better.
Do you realize that NiKo left after they signed Kjaerbye? It's crystal clear that he wanted an IGL but as they didn't want to buy one spending money, he accepted him and then he said bye.

Niko did say that him leaving was best for both parties and at the moment that seems true. The rest of the faze roster has been freed to play better roles under a better leadership and Niko has been fragging out since he doesnt have to worry about calling anymore. However it does make me wonder what faze would have been like if they had picked up Alex instead of Kjaerbye. IMO faze blew their shot not getting an igl and letting niko call
