Bernie was an old deranged socialist who’d have lost the election in a landslide. Importantly Bernie would’ve lost Georgia, Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Arizona. His policy was atrocious. His debate skills were moderate (all the dems were easy on him). He is the definition of a demagogue. He is the very thing the founders feared. How naive to present your argument like this. This is merely not about "100% with them or against them" kind of thing. If you prefer capitalism and would rather seek reforms to make the capitalist status quo "more humane", it simply means that you do not see capitalism as an inherently exploitative system because you inadvertently support and justify its existence. Ultimately, anyone who supports capitalism and the status quo are *against* them (by them obviously means the leftists who oppose capitalism as a system). This is common sense.

What's different? Media announces Biden as the winner. Trump campaign does not concede and begins the litigation process in Mich. Wisc. Penn. Georgia, etc. and asks for recounts. (Wisconsin automatically recounts when the vote is closer than 1% anyways, along with some other states which also do this just btw). The electoral college has not met to cast final votes, and if the Trump campaign can win or if Trump wins enough votes on the recount then they will elect him President. If not, then he will not be President and Biden would assume the Presidency. Explain the difference since you're obviously so well informed

Regardless of what you think, all 5 of those states have litigations currently going on to try to turn those results in the favor of Trump. The difference in the number of states means little to nothing, as it's the same process just over multiple states.
Trump is not the one refusing. The General Services Admissions has not determined him a winner, despite the media deciding that he was which is why he did not receive briefings. Although as republican senators begin to say this is wrong, it is more and more likely that they will recognize him and give him briefings. That itself is a security issue, because if they cannot recognize him as a President he cannot be cleared for Presidential Intelligence Briefings. Whether you agree with their assessment or not is up to you.

He, as the Vice President did not and does not get access to President's Daily Brief, which is what the Biden administration is working currently to gain access to. This is not something he has clearance for as this is only for Presidents, in some cases former presidents, and the president elect. This is why the General Services Admissions not acknowledging him as the president elect is problematic for his clearance.

Trump can do what his power allows him to in order to stop Biden from getting these briefings. But obviously you're not reading, as I already addressed this in #69. Trump does not decide who gets briefed, but a Trump appointee is in charge at the General Services Admissions office and that is who is currently holding up Biden from the briefings. Like I also said in #69, if you would read, is that more and more republicans are saying this is wrong and this pressure will likely lead to an end to this barrier placed by the General Services Admissions official who Trump appointed.

"Coup" also known as going through the legal processes required to recount votes in states that were won by less than 1% of the votes? In case you didn't know, many of these states have mandatory recounts if the vote is that close anyways. Going through the legal process is not a coup just because you don't like Donald Trump

Other than Georgia, none of these races were close enough to be affected by recounts. Trump lost by over 5 million votes. He has no legit chance left, every serious adult agrees on this. Even he knows this: Only donations in excess of 8,000 dollars go towards recount efforts. Everything before that goes to unrelated PAC's. This is all smoke and mirrors designed to extract donations from Trump's gullible, low-iq supporters (read: all of you)
The real coup effort involves trying to replace electors in key states with Republican plants, so they can override the election in the electoral college. If Obama did that you would be the first screaming coup. But because it's Trump you can't wait to sign away your freedoms to lick his boot

Vote Differences By State:
Wisconsin - 20,000 votes (less than 1% which triggers an auto recount)
Pennsylvania - 50,000 votes (less than 1%)
Georgia - 15,000 votes with >98% counted (less than 1%)
Arizona - 11,000 votes with >98% counted (less than 1%)

All of those states are separated in votes by less than 1% and all of those states are separated by 50,000 votes or less. So no, it's not just Georgia that might change with recounts.
And no, I would not be screaming coup if Obama did this. The media does not call the election, the electoral college votes and that's when the election is final, not when whatever news source you subscribe to tells you it is done. That's how the Constitution works. If the same thing was happening with Biden, I would look at it as litigations in states with close votes and I would simply wait for these legal challenges to be finalized, the same way they did with Bush v. Gore. You just don't understand the process, which is obvious in how you think only Georgia was a close race, which is why you think this is somehow a "coup".

"affected by recounts" - they can legally get recounts (which they would have to pay for), but it will not have any consequence on the election. The results are outside any margin of error. Bush v. Gore was a dispute over 2,000 votes. This is nothing like Bush v. Gore.
If you believe a recount will affect the outcome and it isn't just political theater, you are an actual moron, and I encourage you to waste your own money helping the fake effort.

I don't necessarily believe that the recount will affect the results. Never said it did. Just said they are entitled to request recounts and go through the litigation regardless of if I think they will win or not.
Popular vote does not determine the election so using a 5 million vote margin of victory is retarded considering Hillary had more votes than Trump in 2016 and still lost.
The constitution applies to any citizen regardless of if you think they are criminal/spineless or not. Your emotional attacks on Trump's character really get you no where in convincing someone of these things (just for future reference).

A coup is saying the only votes that are legal are the ones cast for you. Make no mistake, if Trump could get away with it, he would. He places zero value on democracy or truth. No I don't think the recount will change anything, but yes I believe they are legally allowed to do what they are doing. That means it is not a coup unless you're using emotionally charged attacks like you are right now.

And yes, they are not allowing a transition currently, I believe that will be worked out and I personally believe they should allow the transition team to start. Never said that was a good idea. Also never said I wanted 4 more years of Donald Trump. I just said this was not a coup and you're misrepresenting what is happening either because you are misguided or because you hate Trump or both.
