I think overall it looks good, but it has this AWP Lightning Strike kind of thing that sort of makes it look low quality? I don't really know how to properly explain it. Other than that I really like it! Maybe some polishing and it has a good chance of getting added in my opinion. I wouldn't mind another purple grade M4A4 being added :)

People who model assets and bake them into textures and use different kind of drawing techniques to make skins and they don't even get accepted, and you think putting a png on a m4 will get accepted ? You are lying to yourself and with that mindset you'll never make a "good" skin. If you think putting a firework png on a gun is all it takes, then you shouldn't make skins. If you can't draw or model anything, don't waste your time working on "skins" that will not get accepted in the game. Do you think a copyrighted png on an m4 will make its way into the game ? If you plan to find another photo on the internet and slap it on the weapon, just don't bother with it. Because valve will not accept the copyrighted low res images put onto guns. Do you know how to draw ? If not, you should learn it and make your own skins instead of stealing images from internet and putting them onto weapons.
