arT is IGL, and FalleN is the right choice. Take fer and dead out of the equation, and FalleN can be a tier one IGL again. Those two always dragged him down, saying that pracc and watch demos are for losers or "it's not their type of preparation". Fuck this!

RUSH is doing all right job and he is not supposed to be the carry. On the other hand Poizon should be easily the star player and yet he is super inconsistent. Bringing in a better AWPer would be better move
BlameF on stream has said multiple times that he thinks Rush is one of the most important players on the team because he can micromanage so well and plays shitty positions without whining

There is Shiro to pick up (one of the best snipers in the world right now). People say he doesn't speak english? So fckin what? 2 weeks 8-10 hours a day with good teacher and he would speak well enough to understand all strats and communicate with team.

how much you speak english in cs? Yelling '2 guys short!!! and 1 long!!!'. Of course communication is more advanced in PRO lvl but not that much, go check pro players teamspeak records, they literally just calling info and listening to strats. If you are not IGL you just need to UNDERSTAND english and speak positions, not speak fluent

That is exactly what russians do, just shout. If you actually use brain, the plan is mostly set before the game, like set ups, pace, for what plays to watch out for and than there is the part when you just need to give info in game. And logically, in the videos of teamcomms you wont hear their plan and strats, since it could give opponents advantages in to the future.
it would be so cool to see young CIS players to perform in international teams, but the problem in Russia is that young people rarely know any english

the thing is that buy outs in cis scene are unreal and gambit surely dont want to sell their best player. they will want full payment for him and if fl1t costed 1.2m then you can expect the same for sh1ro. in current state of scene, for non english speaking player, for player that isnt even proven that much vs the best teams and especially on lan if we consider that orgs are actually losing money on csgo teams? there was actually an interview with jason after obo benched himself that buy outs are just way too big. he was lucky with 100t stepping down from csgo bcs he probably wouldnt be able to afford jks
