Sanji is really damn good, he drops weapons to his teammates and plays with mp9 to farm money, and plays very good btw

This is what I've always been saying, regarding any 'team fix' thread. Replacing players don't fix problems, you just get more homework to establish a new team.
YES, ADDING EVEN ONE GUY ON A TEAM MEANS YOU ARE WORKING WITH A NEW TEAM. There are a lot to work for, team synergy, comms, position, how to be initiative, YOU NEED TO KNOW YOUR TEAMMATE LIKE THEY ARE YOUR QUINTUPLET BROTHERS.
This sounds like exageration, but no, despite there are absolutely great player and overall a great person like JKS or Olof that can adapt fast and put team synergy even better than before. But, this case is very rare.
I just hope team orgs and FANS don't treat players like they are expendable gears on a machine.

Then it's the team problem on why this one guy cannot perform. This is why an esport org has analyst team, manager, coach, even a psychologist. Remember, the better TEAM wins the game.
1 extreme firepower of a superstar like s1mple or ZyWoO on a team of low synergy is worthless.
Remember the reign of original NiP, and the golden Astralis. They have superstars and team synergy to back it up. I'm sure the people behind the scene also work very well.

one lost rifle can win you two rounds. Imagie they have only 4 rifles instead of 5 and next round they go there where the enemy has no rifle and they go in the side and win the round, causing the enemy to eco next round, won 2 rouns by getting only 1 kill.
