+1000 It's a classic "firepower" upgrade. Ence is good at these. They take away a critical leadership/support/anchor guy who probably also provides some of the glue/stability for the roster and replace him with an FPL aimer who churns out content and believes that they will actually get better.
Imagine if everyteam was like Liquid where they had 4 insanely capable aimers/fraggers but tie everyones hands by not allowing them the freedom to play their style?
It's amazing to me that their are actually seasoned veteran pro's out there who do not understand/appreciate the value of a good stable support guy/anchor. There are 5 players per team and only so much space on a map for someone to take fights and high risk/high reward positioning to open up a round. If you want to be exact, theres usually 2 of these areas per bombsite (when looking at this from the T perspective). If all players were insane fraggers but weren't comfortable in the support roles, you have guys who lead the charge in FPL and just have to hold w and aim who are having to re-learn the game from the support perspective and time out their utility with their players, know when to throw it, understand the CT's flank timings in order to avoid getting caught with util in hand and understand your team to read each scenario and accomodate each players needs when entrying a site.
Ofcourse Jamppi is hurting stats-wise. He isn't playing a comfortable position (just like gr1m in Liquid). The real problem here is Allu, who seems to undervalue the game-sense and support/anchor positions in the game despite being one of the longest active pro players in the game.
