just take 2 days off. I was in the same shoes 2 weeks ago, I got sick and couldn't workout for 3 weeks as I was hella weak (at least felt like it), then 2 weeks ago I wanted to go back to the program I was doing earlier. Tried the 100 pushups, if I was still able to do them. Finished successfully on the first 2 days, but on the 3rd, I couldn't finish the 100 pushups, got to 80 only and not to mention the other exercises I'm used to doing after the pushups.
I tried on the 4th day, got only to 55 and it kinda scared me, so I took 2 days off, no lifting, nothing just chilling. After 2 days of complete rest, it worked out again and I'm going strong since then. M T workout, W chill, T F workout, then I like to switch between Saturday and Sunday, which one to workout on and take a break on, depending on the programs my wife has for the weekends :)
Don't forget, that your muscles/body needs to recharge as well and if you're surfing on hltv forums all night (maybe gaming as well), you must have a bad sleeping schedule, not enough time for your body to repair the muscle tissues.
