It is just probability theory. He got some clue in how to hit them constantly. Obviously, there are some rules behind no scope mechanic, s1mple just got them through practicing

yes they are based on luck. However the probability to hit them increases in the point blank range. s1mple has obviously mastered the range and timing one should need to hit noscopes, but that doesn't change the fact that noscopes are based on luck

But it`s not lol. You need good aim to noscope. The bullets are still supposed to go in that direction where your crosshair normally would be. Yes, it is more inaccurate, but that doesn`t make noscopes luck based. Running noscopes, or even jumping shots with rifles are luck based, because then the bullets have very low probability to hit the shot. Let`s just say probability is 1 in 200 to hit the jumping shot, which is around 0.005% chance to hit one. THAT is luck based. But when you can noscope a dude 7/10 times in 20meters in diameter (do the math yourself), you will quickly realise it`s not luck based shots
If you really think noscopes are just luck, you're definitely a low-skilled player. When I play, I no-scope all the time, especially at close ranges but also at long ranges, and it hits a lot of the times. Not even close to as good as the pros, but it's definitely something that can be learnt and mastered over time. It's mostly muscle memory.

When you send your entryfragger (Flamie or Boombi4) first, where in best case scenario he gets a kill and some info before dying, that means he did his job, and they put S1mple or electronic who are good aimers, to refrag/trade him. That is not baiting, that is trading. Because you went in to a site or whatever with a purpose and a plan knowing that he might die, and someone got to trade the kill.
