He was a big reason, I think too.
Fallen is far from being average individually.... he is pretty good. His igling was not the problem in mibr, the team was playing bad because they were all about tactics, and couldnt play more freely, coldzera said it on a stream these days ( he also said that he almost dont use any plans as igl right now, and he let the players do whatever they want).
But i do agree bringing back fallen is a dumb option, mibr is doing great with this team, and it only shows a team is not only about great players. I dont think lucas1 and leo_drunky are better than fer and fallen, but they got chemistry together, and the team is fine as it is.

fallen didnt evolve at all. he is stucked in completely outdated meta. he was insane back in the days but not nowadays...
and individually? look at his individual performance when they faced t2 eu teams instead of t2 na teams.

He was the only one in the team with good stats, you should check before talking. He was above kng against T2 team. And look now, kng is doing great against tier 1 teams.. And they even tried kng as IGL, and the team still didnt perform......
Like i said a team is not about players, there is a ton of stuff to account for. I dont think you know portuguese, but fallen was with kng, and coldzera on stream, and they were analizing recent games, and saying that the tactics MIBR is using are pretty much the same they used when he was on the team, but the difference like i said before, is that they WERE all about tactics, and couldnt even paly the game properly, because they were so focused on following strats that they couldnt adapt when things didnt go as they planned.

You are saying fallen was the problem against T2/T3 teams...... but kng was IGLING when they were playing in EUROPE... so you are pretty much saying kng tactics were shit and outdated.
funny his tactics work against T1 teams but not against T2 teams. Can you stop being dumb and understand that "outdated tactics" was not the problem.

kng was igling for the first time in this team and after long period. what do you expect? fallens leading was sh*t for more than 2 years with no improvement and his individual performance without igl role didnt improve either

Thats where you are WRONG. IT WASNT the biggest problem. It wasnt a problem at all. You can say it was fallen's fault on kicking every single 5th player, you can say a ton of stuff, but outdated tactis IS definitely not the reason they were doing bad. And unlike you i am not taking it from my opinion.... that's what KNG and COLDZERA said.

its not only about tactics but about leadership in general and about how was fallen using his players...and THAT was one of the biggest problem which started already with stew and tarik. he didnt use his players how he should and btw cold said himself that the team(oh well since fallen was leading its kinda obvious) didnt know how to use him anymore and that it was one of the reason why he left

Yes, i agree. That's all on fallen, blaming the 5th player and replacing it multiple times.
But there is nothing about tactics.
Everytime they played everyone was spamming to kick lucas1 or taco. They did with lucas1 and it didnt help at all. And same would happen if they had kicked taco.

the problem was how did they use the last player...that was imo the main problem and it already started with stew and tarik(it was still the best mibr lineup tho) but he picked 2 good agro players and forced them to play completely different style and different spots. instead of using their advantages he did exactly the opposite
the probem is fallen will always be all about tatics if you watch his streams you can see that, and he gets upset when someone is not doing something the way he likes and then he will play bad, he didnt evolve, the teams nowadays focus more in gets kills advantages in groups and then react with mid calls, and he is really bad with mid calls.
he is a great awper but spent too much time on igling and cant change his mindset.
