don't go running the last hours before going to sleep. Smoking weed or taking something like Bromazepam can help you with insomnia. Inform yourself as they can be addictive, but taking no actions at your insomnia will take a toll on your life and body.

cut down on caffeine, if u cant sleep, just get up and do something productive. Relaxing bath, shower etc.

Don't drink caffeine 8-12 hours before bed. Create a wind-down ritual. Turn on night mode on your computer monitor, don't play videogames two hours before bed, turn off electronics, eat carbs (body converts them to serotonin) nuclear option: have an edible

Yeah, I don't smoke either. It makes me feel sick. THC oil is ok, but I prefer vaporizing the flower (evaporating the thc and terpenes) for a more full spectrum high edit: if you're 16 you probably shouldn't have too much thc anyway, it can cause developmental issues when you're younger

vaping weed won't fuck your lungs, you condense it so it's strong and you won't need to inhale much smoke to knock yourself out tbh even just smoking weed won't fuck your lungs. even if you're having a joint a day, in comparison people who smoke cigs can go through 20 a day and cigs have a bunch of nasty shit in them that weed doesn't it could fuck up your brain though, especially using it that much at that age. idk if i'd want to depend on it that hard just to sleep.

You gotta do some physical work to exhaust yourself to an extent. Calisthenics will help, very productive from each side. And turn on some Lo-Fi TV channel, like an ocean world or something, try to pay attention and you'll get sleepy real fast.

Stop eating after 7 PM, don't have caffeine, turn off electronics 1 hour before you sleep, don't' stress about not falling asleep,go to the gym or whatever during the day/evening so you're tired.

As a weed user for my whole life, id definitely recommend it for sleeping. Now with that being said, what i'd recommend the most is that you try to tire yourself, exercise, eat well, search for that in your mind that won't let you sleep. After all of that, THEN you can also help yourself with a little weed.
