Because most people in India dont even have access to good PC and the people who have one dont play cs or dont play it seriously. I frequently play on Indian servers and the globals there are so much worse than the ones in the middle east. This is why pubg mobile is so popular there. Because everyone has a phone these days

Most of our top players are just campers/baiters who look for some YouTube content by baiting/camping, nothing else. That's what I found playing on SoStronk.
Also people are always ready with typical excuses "parents don't support gaming". Actually our gamers themselves do not aim for eSports; a successful YouTube channel is everyone's goal.

Yeah. Sometimes on dubai server I get like a toxic player once in a way but that's common in mm. In faceit malaysians are most friendly imo

Regional ranking are based when there is a team who has played a match listed in the hltv in the last 3 months. Since hltv doesn't cover the indian circuit so you don't see Indian rankings on hltv recently but the rankings are there when a team plays an HLTV listed match.
Want to see a team in international level but it's not happening anytime soon. Let's hope.
