I have a HS70 Pro and I do not recommend. It is ok, but not worth a recommendation. Battery lasts a bit of a short time, charger could be longer. Sound quality is good, this thing is wireless and in that, it's signal radius from the transmitter isn't too shabby, tho it isn't that complainable either - I have sturdy walls - but the main problem is that when it does disconnect (and it does fairly often if I wear em when I go to the livingroom f.e. or toilet) it doesn't always manage to reconnect and it shuts down so CSGO loses the audio device and I need to reboot the game. Would be handy to hear timers f.e. in Faceit while smoking but can't always win I guess. In terms of sound quality, you can't expect magic from devices that cost under 100€ on the average. Most likely much more is to be paid for something that is exquisite or towards that level. These are base grade imho. No deep bass but does ok'ish. Quite comfy, like 7+ and good build quality. It's def not the same exact product but maybe that'll line up your expectations accordingly. I've had and tested many headsets, tho not most of the more recent models but I'd say there's most likely better quality/price ratio somewhere else.

the hs50 are wired headphones tho so thats not the issue at least . im against wireless devices anyways

Yeah, as I said in the end of my ramble this is more to line up your expectations of the quality of the headset. It's the same family of products anyhow. I used to be against wireless devices for many reasons but since they're nowadays basically just a bit more expensive and as fast as the wired ones, I'll gladly switch to using them. I've had so many wire failures in my life due to tripping on them, getting them tangled to my chair etc. It's just freedom to not have wires, that's especially why the HS70 doesn't really do the trick where it should.

I had them for a few months, they are alright. All-around a fine headset for the price. Voice quality OK, mic is a bit meh, but it works. Didn't get any pain after using them for multiple hours, but they get pretty warm, but that is probably because of the fake leather earcups

I am using HS50 right now. What i can tell about this headset based on my experiences are: +It is pretty light so even after hours of gaming, i wont have headache. +Good sound performance for games like CSGO (not for Rainbow Six Siege and de_nuke tho) +Microphone is attachable, so if you broke the mic u can replace it, if you can find one -Microphone isnt very good. It is pretty silent so u have to increase the bass and it causes buzzing sound on background. -The cable is not braided, it is thick enough tho Been using it for 6-7 months, i am not expert on headsets and this is my experience as a regular user Oh btw, it is good headphone for 40-50$ but for 80%? Idk.

2020-11-27 21:23
They are not good, they noise leak so much that people can hear what im listening to in discord call because the mic picks it up

2020-11-28 07:33
thats annoying when it happens, closed back is probably ideal. It isn't just hs50 problem though, most open backs with mics built into them will have audio bleed issues.

no, gaming headsets other than the hyper x ones are dogshit, get an actual set of headphones instead of a headset.
