Ok so as we know karrigan is going to faze that leaves mouz without IGL. best solution: ChriJ retires, bymas goes to 2-3 tier team, Frozen finds new team and ropz goes to OG. OG really need more firepower and ropz would fit perfectly in OG. I think OG still has good chemistry between team mates and maybe they dont wanna kick anyone, so they should move Nbk as coach and +ropz.

Karrigan is arguably the best igl after glaive, has brought 4 teams up and learnt from masters like gob b, the thing is he is made for lan. Ask any player under karrigan and they will tell you he is like the dad, he organises, motivates and prepares the team like nobody except for zonic. There is nobody truly like karrigan right now and age is just a number for him.
Frozen will be a top 5 player in the future and has banged out people harder than ropz in 2019 you are completely delusional if you think he is nothing special after beating astralis and liquid in 2019 like it’s mm

I don’t know hoe you can call somebody as young as ropz overrated with a 1.22 rating. He is 20 years old that is fucking unbelievable and it’s like what niko was when he was younger. By listening to a few podcasts with karrigan he has said that he is extremely motivated, grinds demos and is a huge team player. THESE KINDS OF PLAYERS DO NOT SHOW UP EVERYDAY

Can you not read? Karrigan is like a +10 on to team performance on lan, online doesn’t mean shit when you’ve just won against astralis and liquid and we’re the undisputed best team at the end of 2019, I don’t blame them for falling into a slump like liquid because nothing really feels like winning when you’ve just peak of your time in mouz.
MRk my words though mouz and liquid will start to play a lot better now and soon they will be in the top 5-10
His contract is expiring march 2021, I dont think he's going to stay in mousesports if Faze actually even want him. Mousesports has been stale or in decline for a long time so Faze has way more potential and most likely they can also pay more.

This mouse only need 1 change. Which -chrisj +awper. As much as I love chrisj but I thinks its best for mouse to get a star awper. And they have 2/3 choices. But I think broky or acor will fit perfectly. Or maybe they can get smooya aswell. But i prefer acor over all. And the thing is bymas is doing school and cs at same time which is why he is not able to show his all potential. Once he finshes school , he will get better only.

Insane mechanical skill, i.e. aim, movement and he is very smart and patient player. He is playing quite passive, absorbs all information around him and makes very little mistakes. top10 player in the world.

The correct move would be to -ISSAA from wannabe lurker and playmaker (with 0iq) role to 6th man (and eventually bench when OG admit the realities of competitive CS) and replace him with ropz who is actually a smart and mechanically consistent lurker. Then convince valde to be actually useful with his good first bullet accuracy to entry a bit more. Keep NBK as support because he is not the weakest link in the team by far.
But all of that is pure fantasy. Ropz will stay in mouz or follow karrigan to faze. Aleksib will be stuck with inconsistent riflers but still keeps the team in top10 because of strong tactical ability, antistratting and good adaptations during play. OG is so stuck in their naive philosophy of avoiding roster changes that aleksib will not be winning any trophies until a team with more firepower poaches him, which I do think will eventually happen.

If you guys are going to kick NBK, at least pick an entry fragger. NBK is an entry fragger, so we should think about other players. On the other hand, OG has switching roles. Look at liquipedia, ISSAA is an entry fragger and a lurker. Value is a support and a lurker. NBK is entry fragger, AleksiB IGL, and Mantua AWPer. I mean, you guys are a bit right on the NBK and ISSAA. I think we should keep ISSAA and kick NBK for an experienced entry fragger. What do you all think?
role overlap if you -nbk, also I think they should also add frozen if they add ropz, he was really good on LAN and -issaa -nbk change some roles would be really good. Doubt it tho since issaa seems to be really bringing up the mood in og and they're on the up
