wdym? I mean lets be fair to NiKo, he got basically shafted in Mouz. I really feel bad for him, his teammates were tier 2 at best and the previous IGL, I think it was Gob b, basically did a "fuck all" No player, especially a young superstar talent like NiKo should have to go through that, he really did step up in Mouz, and brought a team that should have dropped out of groups every tournament into a real tier 1 team who regularly pulled insane upset wins against the best in the world. His career was far smoother and had everything set up for him, in Hellraisers he had ANGE1 to help guide s1mple, he then got the help of B1ad3 in Flipside, he then got one of the most experienced and decorated NA IGLs to that point, adreN, to help s1mple truly enter the tier 1 scene. Then obviously the coaching thing and after that he gets Zeus. I mean his entire career went rather smooth, and along the way had experienced IGLs to help him along the way. Right off the bat NiKo gets shafted in Mouz, and so arguably the prime of his career, the point where he is arguably the best mechanical player in the world, the point where he should be at the top is the point where he has no IGL, nobody to guide him. He stepped up as an IGL and at that point he deserves lots of praise, few players have went through that. He goes to FaZe and obviously has Karrigan, and at the beginning we finally got to see just what NiKo could do with a proper IGL. The rest I think you already know and I think its that point where I stop respecting NiKo as much..

What I'm trying to say is, of course it's a team decision, but the IGL (in this case NiKo) has the biggest impact on this thing. It's like this on every single other team as well.
