dude, in Russia you could see similar design during the 90th and it was mass market back then. If you dressed like that in Russia now most people would think you were a bum. I'm not saying to shop at Aliexpress- I don;t do that either but what you linked doesn't worth 1K and why would you want to spend so much $ on fabric anyway?
