If KRIMZ gets banned what next?

If it turns out to be true, is this the end of the game? How will Valve react? How will you guys react? Who asked? I did :)

valve can do two things: either ban, or say it was the vac's mistake. how I will react: angry

Bro this is hltv, dont have such high expectations
2020-11-28 17:16
If it is not then I would be EXTREMELY disappointed and at that point if a pro that has been for so long wasn't caught for that many years, that would make everyone suspicious tbh and the competitive would be worthless to watch in my opinion.
2020-11-28 17:20
Its not important if he cheated, it will get lifted anyways cuz why would valve kill its own income?
2020-11-28 17:02

It would only show that cheaters get banned? Whats your point? Actually catching a cheater is way better press than cheaters running free like flusha. Everyone with brain knows that he cheated.

Yes imagine that cheater also won 3 majors and other tournaments, and he slipped from you for 7 years, such a good press

So who says he was cheating for 7 years and didnt just start it?

Well it puts so much doubt it would only end bad They may as well cover him up
2020-11-28 17:49
A top pro who won 3 majors and multiple other titles getting banned "better press"? Surely not. Also there are definitely much more then. Do u know how much race cycling suffered from doping scandals? Also titan good bankrupt after kqly got banned. No sponsor wants to have its name written on cheater jerseys etc

2020-11-28 23:26
He won't be getting banned, if he cheated or not. This is business.
2020-11-28 23:27
It's time for Valve to make a impeccable anti cheat. VAC as it is now is just a joke.

He won't get banned. VACnet is little too fuckin stupid that they VAC banned people by one anti-cheat already which was 5E and now Esportal does update the same time VACnet does, and gets hundreds of esportal players, with shit ton of high elo, and alot of esea main / adv players banned too, including Krimz cause of unlucky 3 all star gathers last night, when the wave happened. Valve is so fuckin slow adressing this, it's actually painful. Just unban all the hundreds of users you falsely banned, clear Krimz name and move on, and admit how shit your VACnet update was.
2020-11-28 23:34
His recent tournament results would be called into question, fnatic may have to give back some of their winnings.
2020-11-28 23:35

In the matchroom of the krimz game, players commentin they have been vacced, I checked shit ton of gather lobbies and found 1 or 2 banned players in almost each of them, all game/vac banned. VACnet update fucked up, or esportal fucked up and now people gettin vac bans with the esportal client on.

VACnet doesn't have anything to do with those bans, that is VAC. VACnet is an AI analyzing MM demo's.

its the esportal client that somehow trigged a vac ban, there is more players that plays esportal have been vac banned today. (for those who not know, esportal is like a swedish faceit and the client is like faceit ac)
2020-11-29 00:01

how does the client modify the game tho? shouldn't a client/ac prevent you from executing and injecting cheats instead if modifying your game to a point in which VAC ia being served?
2020-11-29 02:03

idk really, i think VAC sees it like a 3rd party software that somehow trigger it. From what i read the developers is not sure either. But they have contacted Valve to get some info abt it.
2020-11-29 02:11
There's much that can be done by interacting with gameclient. Esportal dev (former cheatcoder) just too stupid to get whitelisted from Valve before doing some dumb shit.

2020-11-29 00:07
if it was flusha then yes we would think that is true ban , but krimz is so humble and he is a great player , so i think its just a mistake , and atleast he and brollan are the only relevant players in fnatic , so if his ban is real then he will fuck up every teammates career
2020-11-29 00:22
Does anyone know if the VAC ban was actually for CS?
2020-11-29 01:54
He ill get unbanned. It's not good for stonks, stickers, and bets.
2020-11-29 02:00
Valve Will probably unban him regardless if he cheated or not. Isn't it funny how Valve doesn't unban or care about any players who got "falsely vacced" but whenever it's someone who's big and his vac will have an impact on the game and the community valve remove the ban. They don't treat regular players the same way. Valve wouldn't just put a vac wave which bans thousands of players without them being certain they cheated. Then why treat only the bigger names differently? Because they're obviously cheaters but their ban will have a big negative impact on their game which beings them money
2020-11-29 02:01
This is a very serious allegation and brings Swedens entire CS:GO scene into question When it comes to stripping a title or a major, the question isn't "which" but "how many"?
2020-11-29 02:04
flusha will retire.
