I hope at least you are getting your salary by sitting on the bench because as far as recognition , tier 1 CS experience and respect goes you are getting none of it right now. In a few more months people will even forget you exist. Astralis always lie that they are building a system with 6 players but lets be honest they just hired you so that then can make some 3v3 youtube content and you can sell their merch on twitter. I used to be your fan but congratulation now on becoming the most wasted talent in the scene.

They signed kjaerbye as free agent, they didnt pay anything for him.
And adding ropz would be an upgrade, regardless of who he replaces, and kjaerbye is the worst performer in faze right now

Why would they keep paying his salary when he’s on the bench, even if they can’t get ropz they need to kick kjaerbye. He can’t even have an impact in NiKos positions. It’d be completely useless to keep him on the bench

Yes they can, the org can terminate the contract whenever they want. It’s their contract. They could bench him (more likely because then like a T2/3 team would have to buy him out, or just release him from his contract

But Nivera is ALOT better than shox,apex,mistuaa and even rpk while bubzkji is on the same level as the rest of astralis.
they could just kick shox/mistuaa and add nivera full time and improve.

oh well vitality even prefer shox as an awper instead of zywoo sometimes so i wouldnt say that zywoo should be an excuse for shox not performing well consistently.
he has still high peaks and he can win map by himself but the thing is that it isnt that often. like i said he is decent but not insanely good
