You do realize that having a bad mental state affects every players game.
Toxicity causes negativity and when people are negative, they play a lot worse and the focus isn't in the game but rather fighting the other toxic guy.
Please don't be toxic if you want to win.

people should be so idiots that think that if someone is actaully toxic and carrying will lose the game, first of all if you care about the toxic guy it means you are a bot yourself and cant focus on your game, and cant blame yourself for bad performance, most of the times toxic people are the better ones and they are angry because u did something he could 've done better. So what you have to do is ask for example and try to fix your mistakes.

Snowflakes or not their automated system is flawed beyond belief.
I have had at least one incident where I got banned for "light" cursing without being toxic to anyone as I was actually enjoying the match and my team. So did the others, just saying. The classic is getting banned for being "toxic"/abusive against ruskies who curse at you in ruskilanguage and thereby avoid the risk of getting banned for abuse.

Beyond that, I feel like FACEIT gives zero shits about their platform beyond the anti-cheat. Some servers with bad ping and/or jankiness even with optical fiber connection (kinda defeats the purpose of 128-tick), the site/client is a clusterfuck, and we literally have to download a browser plugin to get basic funcionalities that should be there to begin with. No .block feature like in ESEA... At least the AC is decent.

Imagine being forced to play 3rd party plattform with SJW characteristics and often bad serivce just to avoid cheaters. Obviously that the technology isnt there yet
