hltv in first half of 2021 was just like in whole 2020, Top 1 was changing every two weeks.
Then for entire summer Vitality was top 1 with -misutaaa +Nivera. The rest of the year was Envy domination with Astralis and Vitality winning some tournaments.
Final top 5 was
1.Envy
2.Astralis
3.Vitality
4.G2
