Yeah he’s a good player but magisk is definitely the best rifle

i think he is fairly rated, everyone puts him at that 3rd/4th position on rankings because he doesn't have the individual skill of zywoo or s1mple, but the teamwork is next level. he isn't the best rifler in his team either, but he is far better than other full time riflers

i think device help his team way more than simple and zywoo, it's easy to counter agressive awpers

device never takes a map/series on his own wtf are you talking about. when the team plays good what is the case most of the time he is good too but when the team crumbles like we see the last times he is useful especially on T side

It’s fascinating to me that this is what you think after watching Dev1ce, personally I think he’s bang average who has the occasional great map now and again, he’s for more excuses for his abysmal play than an American politician

there are lots of astralis/device haters because his playstyle with awp is very route based on CT side. He typically moves very little from his spots. He understands the power of the awp in a real tactical system, the importance of gathering info by holding long passive lines and staying alive as long as possible. It’s a bit like jame’s philosophy except not quite so extreme. Back when device wasn’t primary awping (in 2013-15) you can see him being much more aggro with rifles. People are frustrated when they watch device because he always goes for ez kills, never hard ones, and yet astralis still beats their favorite team. It simply is not necessary for device to take such risks as s1mple if Astralis is playing well.
