On my smurf, I still get cheaters in less than 33% matches, and it's not even prime. I expected to face a lot of cheaters on my smurf, and I did until I got rank (10 matches), but since then, I havent faced one

I don't understand people's aversion against mm. It's like playing casual as a cooldown after the faceit grind. You get easy opponents even on LEM/Supreme/Global ranks. Just lounge like JDM and enjoy.
