10400F is enough with that gpu (it's good CPU for next 3 years at least) 2060S+10400F>>>10700KF+1660S

Yup, That's what I meant. Weird that you mention it, now it seems that it might be an overkill. Are you building a pc for a daily use (gaming etc) or work related use?

gaming but not 4k , 1080 only

Ok, so, You can also go for i5 with ASUS GeForce if you don't want to overkill and save some money as well. Rest of the stuff looks good.

10700k and h470 yikes

Rampage is not a good brand for PSU, brotherman. Spend decent amount of money for PSU and get a good one, preferably from Corsair, Silverstone, FSP, Cooler Master, Zalman, Seasonic.

Then why are you buying 10th gen Intel? It's pointless for CSGO.

Then wtf are you talking about? Your chosen RAM is slow AF for DDR4 and even though rtx 2060 is pretty good you should go at least for 2060 Super or 2070 if you want future proof.

CSGO runs in a potato, if he was only going to play CS he wouldn't be upgrading.

Better go with AMD. More power for the money and with most of their chipsets you'll be able to swap for a boss CPU later on if you want to upgrade. Also there is PCI Express 4 which is starting to make a difference when it comes to M2. SSD.

The first PC has some issues. You are putting a "K" (overclockable) Intel processor with an "H" chipset motherboard that doesn't support it. 2400MHZ RAM is quite slow. So get at least 3200MHZ and a Z490 MOBO if you want to go with that CPU. Alternatively, you could go with an AMD R5 5600X (if you can get one) and a B550 MOBO. The 2060 is baaaaaad value in 2020 and I read you intend to keep it for 4 years (and you play other games). How much are you paying for that 2060? I suggest you look for something a bit better. The 3060TI just came out and costs $400 (if you can get one).
