Actually they can get advantage by watching these rounds from a better perspective so that the coach can make fixes specially on defense, for example now for or when they defend again, pretty game breaking tbh

well man you have a really great point here, but at the own HLTV News it said that they were punished for having the stream on the tv, and i'm sure they investigated all the povs from every webcam. So if they had found any weird behavior from mibr towards the tv and the stream, it would have been quoted at the news, like: " mibr was constantly caught looking at the stream". So my conclusion is that, if they only got punished for having the stream on after all the investigation, it means that they got no advantage out of it.

I know, I'm not calling them guilty, as that is something really hard to judge if they actually took advantage of it because without that advantage they may be able to make that adjustments as they know the game and they (should) know what's happening on the server, but I think a fine or something like that is a good penalty

man im sorry but you are literally getting info out of your as*, you should stop believing in everything you read at internet. 1- MIBR "abused" the bug coach for 1 ROUND, in 1 ROUND aparently dead gave the info, and they are the most attacked team for it, while there are coaches that did it for over 50 rounds. 2- spamming? only brazilians do it? actually they are the ones that less do it, NA's chat are always the one with more spamms.

My point was not to say that cheating at 1 round makes it acceptable, i only remembered how there isn't evidence that he cheated, and if he did, he only did for 1 round, and HIS CASE WAS THE LOUDEST ONE AT THE SCENE (<<-- that was my point, that a case that has no evidence and is about only 1 round is way louder than another team proved cheating for 50+ rounds)

yes i know and i agree with you, but repeating again, i am not saying that they shouldn't be punished, my point is to prove that they didn't cheat/get advantage out of it, and that MIBR's cases shouldn't be that loud. So what i'm trying to say is that, the fact that a case with no evidence, and only happened by 1 round being louder than one proved with +50 rounds shows that all that hate towards the org comes from a xenophobic reason, that would be the only explanation actually.

Because that is what you are. 3- They didn't cheat, and that is the point, they were punished by having the stream on, in any moment it was quoted at the news that they were caught getting advantage out of it, and also there isn't evidence to prove it. So if you were actually a grown up man, you would do the right thing, that is wait for facts and investigations, before going around saying shit. No man, is easy to understand. At the ESIC thing that happened before it said that A LOT OF TEAMS were watching the streams, a lot of them, but none of them got punished because it would ruin the cs scene, but there would have no tolerance if it was made again, and i dont think mibr knew about that news when they did it last match, or they knew but they tought it wouldn't result in anything because of the 3 round delay, but that is why they got punished.

They were fined because of that ESIC thing. that even by having 3+ round delay, they wouldn't tolerate anymore, and they made it clear that a lot of teams were caught DOING THE SAME, but weren't punished, and mibr did yesterday after the ESIC warning i think. if they wanted to see economy, they would see at HLTV, not at a TV literally visible at their webcams

yes the stream is delayed, but you can literally see how the other team is setting up and tendencies, doesnt matter if there is a 3 round delay, you can see setups. Cogu and co also were caught in the clip staring at the TV of the stream and laughing. it's not really about the economy. any high tier team is going to be pretty aware of where the other team's economy is at, based off of buys and rounds won/lost
