The only time they fix something in csgo is when pro players start calling out devs.
And yes fortnite barely has any bugs in their gameplay (and if there are any, they are barely recognizable)

fair assumption but that's not true. I know the past operations and honestly couldn't care less about them in general. To me it is just a good thing that valve show sings of life. I just don't see a reason to complain. If you don't like it, don't buy it and be happy with the improvements you get for free.
i dont mind it but people where crying to valve to reslease an operation, valve do and now its trash and every one is crying about it, its not like crying about it its gonna change anything

To be fair considering what you said:
- The new gamemode, retakes, was very well made. Great addition.
- They did improve Matchmaking, with a "premium" mode which works very similar to Faceit. I'm guessing they are gonna be testing it using the operation, and then roll it out to everyone.
Yeah probably the update is underwhelming and not as good as other games, but people enjoy new gamemodes and items. If you don't, that's your own matter. But some of us do enjoy the Operation.

It's great, just one operation coin alone makes it worth it for me as I'm a pin collector, there's always something positive to look for, if you're constantly nagging about everything you might as well just lay down and die, it's gonna be less stressful that way for you. And I also like completing missions and get rewarded for that little grind, it all makes sense when my pin starts looking better and better and has more value.

I agree on that. I do like to collect pins as well (Operation and Service medals)
But the pin itself won't change much through the effort you put in besides the coloring.
I do nag because someone has to. Also there is quite a lot to nag about in this situation considering how much they could've done and what they actually did. It has been like that with csgo throughout the years though, the efford they put in to this game as devs is minimal.

I don't know why I even bought the pass, retake gets me with good people, but MM 20min queues cause of red trust factor. You are not allowed to play good in MM cause then this shit happens, dunno how to reset the trust, on already good of an account. Smh, should've given people who bought the pass green trust so they could play and actually do the missions.

I used to have a very low trustfactor as well. Nowadays I haven't had a bad teammate for a long time (or played against/with hackers)
Wouldn't say it went away due to the absence from the game so I don't really know how to help with this but I agree that the low trustfactor thing is an actualy shithole because once you get there it's pretty much over (until you get out ofcourse)(but how) :d good luck tho.

I agree with you but sadly I'm a part of the problem. Most of us are. We could simply not buy but I do buy all the time again. Valve does not deserve our money. The game itself is a joke. Imagine they remove skins and cosmetics in general. The base game is absolut trash. Stutters, Shaderbugs, Coachingbugs and so on. It's a mystery to me how they can make so much money from one game and won't take care of it.

Another trash f2p battle pass. It's too bad that the kids playing csgo today weren't around for the old operations to realize how much they are getting fucked. Operations used to cost $5 and they had 3 times the content. A bunch of new maps all of which were playable in competitive. Operation wildfire had a whole fucking campaign map and was so much fun. But no lets get excited about a trash battle pass with maps that aren't even playable in comp. Endless boring missions.

Well faceit is an improved version for higher caliber players who want to play the game at the highest level, true. But mm is still the origin and should get a better treatment from devs. Way better. Don't forget that this game is # 1 FPS btw.

i can only play for real on weekends (mostly, on fridays).. during week days, i have maybe 1h to spare on the game... i do play comp only and my mid week games are screwed because i have no proper time to warmup, relax, etc.. so this operation will fill in the blanks just nicely for me :D

yes maybe in ur case, from 300fps avg to 500, yeah who cares. Everything that operation brought would be 2x better if u have 128 tick.
128tick = less fps, better responsivity
source 2 = more fps
128tick + source 2 = huge difference

+1 for paywall on 128tick... i like MM system and the ranks could be adjusted (global is literally a no mans land, one can be a god and the other a bot..).. the only reasons i stick to faceit is because of less toxicity AND 128 tick

kinda.. one thing that i really dislike in faceit is the amount of games that simply don't start because someone don't connect. on GC you have to pre-ready before and after the veto.. if someone fails, the server is not even opened up for the rest of the players.. on faceit, out of 10 games, 2 don't start.. on MM this is very, very rare.

True I am usually amongst the first players to join on faceit but almost all the time the last in mm (even tho it connects instantly and very quickly).
And even more. They should do a competitive operation.
Just some ideas :
- team page with a description, your starting 5 line up, roles etc
- tournament page where you can sign in with your team, see the bracket and compete
- team ladder with a sense of achievement, rewards like skins etc
- 128tick
- you can add a role when you queue in MM, so that if you need a sniper or entry it finds the right guy for you
- ELO that put's you at your exact place on a ladder like faceit
- Add fucking new maps to the rotation every 6 months at least
And probably a ton more things that they could add to improve the MM experience that nobody plays anymore except for noobs.
But hey we are Valve, let's add a retake that is worse than a basic custom retake. Let's add a DZ map that no one plays. Let's add features to MM that cant even compete with a third party program like faceit ...
