My sleeping schedule is always changing. One day i sleep for 6 hours, the other day i want to sleep more than 12 hours, cuz before i have not slept for 24+ hours. It's always different. Bur since I don't work and don't study it doesn't bother me
Sleeping too much makes u sleepy in the morning but gets better throughout the day... sleeping too little makes you more awake in the morning but fucked the longer the day goes. Sleeping just right about 7-8 hours is perfect.
